We have ordered from this company on more than a handful of occasions and every time our goods are delivered to not only the wrong address but the wrong town all together! When I query this. I am told they no longer want my business and are unable to deliver to us because their 7 tonnes truck cannot access my road. I have a 10 tonner sat outside my building that gained access woth no issues and regularly deal with 40 ft containers to the same address, its amazing that a business would be willing to lose custom due to thier driving not being able to drive his truck competently enough. Do yourself a favour and use a different company that are actually willing to make delivery where they say they will. Avoid!
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company. you will soend hours trying to locate your goods because they have been delivered to the wrong town!! (not an isolated incident)
