I bought $100.59 worth of ammo from these people, the site said it was in stock. I have contacted them three times via email, they don't have a telephone number, no one ever answers me. No order tracking number so I can't track package (if there even is one). The only thing I know for sure is that they took the money out of my account. So, in the end, I have no ammo, no idea of where it is or even if it has been shipped,$100.59 spent on nothing. An expensive lesson.

Don't order from this website. I placed and order and it was canceled. My credit card was never refunded. They have no customer service answering any of there emails and there is no contact phone number.

I placed an order on 09-04-2016 and as of 09-24-2016 I have not received the merchandise or shipping information. What's worse, three emails and a "live chat" have gone unanswered and they have no listed phone number. STAY AWAY!

On August 7,2016, I placed my first order with www.shooterswarehouse.com (SW) purchasing 17 boxes of various ammo rounds. I qualified for the free 2-day shipping as my order was greater than $149.99 as advertised on their website, however only offered free ground. Was fine with ground shipping as I live in a neighboring state and according to the map on SW website, my order would have been shipped on August 8 and arrive no later than August 12. All items ordered were indicated as in stock. And when placing an order on SWs website, you are billed immediately.

August 12 arrived and no ammo shipment, so I logged into the SW site and checked my order. I was surprised to see my status as Awaiting Fulfillment. There is not phone number or email address to contact their customer support, so I used their sites message system. I sent a note to inquire why my order wasnt shipped and requested it be cancelled if there was going to be a further delay. No response, but my order status was immediately changed to Awaiting Shipping. Sent another message on August 16 requesting my order be cancelled and asked for confirmation. Again no response. So on August 18, I opened a dispute for the charge with American Express. Side noteyou want great customer service and care, use an American Express card. AmEx then tried to contact SW with the same success, so my money was returned.

Shooterswarehouse.com is a scam site. Dont get taken by their promises and low prices. They should be shutdown. Why? I actually logged into my account today, September 3 and you know what my order status is? Thats right, Awaiting Shipping. There is no one really working the site, it is a sham. Plenty of other great, legitimate sites for those who purchase any firearm accessories or ammo online. Hope this helps to save you frustrations.
