I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.

I got a great deal on a pair of Keene hiking boots that are no longer available elsewhere!

I have another pair of the same Keene hiking boots. I usually wear Birkenstocks for various problems with feet, knees and hips. The Birkenstock insoles fit in these boots well when I buy a size larger.

I was skeptical after seeing the reviews but, I decided to take a chance. This is by far the cheapest price I found for the Timberland boots my boyfriend wanted. In addition, they sent me a 10% off coupon. The boots were delivered on the day they said, perfect size and just as described.

The Puma RS-100 is very lightweight and are put together very well therefore you'll be able to use the sneakers for a few diffrent purposes. The size it true to fit and the insoles are gel type with heel pads within the sneaker. As for color seen in the photo, the color is a Royal Blue and leather color is a few tones lighter shade of Royal Blue.
Bought for my granddaughter. Had a great first experience. I loved the look and feel of the boots. Sturdy and well made of quality materials. Looks like it will do what it's supposed to do...keep her feet warm and dry.

I stopped by a shoe store to find sneakers and I was about to purchase them from the store but decided to see how much the shoes would cost me if I purchased them online. I entered the name of the shoe and Shoebacca had them for 50% less than what I was going to pay in the store AND I got a $10 discount for being a first-time shopper. Overall great experience.
Needed new running shoes
I ordered gold Stan smiths shoes and received them in a timely manner. Only issue was the placement of the shoes in the box. They might've been shifted around during transit, but one shoe was on top of the other, creating a crease on one shoe. It's nothing too bad though. Loved the site.
