Short running 1 size too small... Example: I wear an 8.5, and ordered a 9. My toes hit the front ightly like if they were an 8... I so t have the space in time to return, so I get the screwed...

So I placed an order and they said because of a technical glitch which cause a pricing error they cancelled my order, I will not be ordering again that was disappointing
I received my boots on a very good price almost 50 percent off and when I got them, one boot had 2 very noticeable scuff marks on it. I had to Google how to get it off bc I didn't feel like messing with a return for the price I paid. But will not order from this website again. It was my 1st and last time.
Received two boots of different sizes. Had to go through the hassle of return shipping. My card was credited, although short of original purchase amount.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and was waiting for a long time to receive them. Finally decided to call and was told that order for all 3 pairs was canceled, because they were out of stock! I did not receive any email regarding this cancellation and found out about this only by calling.

I ordered these shoes and the order defaulted to narrow, which I didn't realize until I got the confirmation. I immediately emailed and called to cancel the order and was told, also by email, that the order was cancelled. Two weeks later, the shoes arrived. I have to confirm that I was charged. I intend to return these shoes and request complimentary return postage.

I feel this is a scam company I gave my debit card information to and I was charged for a purchase I made the delivery date was set and I called and they claimed it was still processing now a week later they are saying my card was declined and canceled my order I still haven't received any product or money back from my $70.05 purchase I called it in and got the same representative about 3 different times of me calling and he hung up up when I told him I spoke to him earlier

I was sent the wrong shoes and now I have to locate a ups location to send them back. The shoes I ordered are now out of stock -- except for the company's ebay and Amazon stores that appear to have plenty -- but exchanging them for what I ordered was not possible. I found another source and bought them elsewhere. I won't be purchasing from Shoebacca again. Trying to find time to get them to ups.

Order a pair of boots for a Christmas present, and paid extra to make sure they would be here in time. Was told the 21st of December, and here we are the 23rd and they haven't even been shipped! Contacted customer service to be told that the delay is due to them being shipped from a sister warehouse and they can't cancel the order. How can you not cancel an order that hasn't been shipped? I wouldn't trust this place with anything! I hope this place goes under for being a scam

I got no notification that my order was received. Got no notification my order had been shipped. Got no invoice or paperwork with the order.
Also, could not log into my account with my email address, and it had to be changed in order for me to return the merchandise and it took 25 minutes over the phone to do this with someone whose accent was so thick. I could barely understand them.

I never got an email when the shoes shipped, the k swiss running shoes have harder leather material over the woven material that punches both the large toe and the small toe with each and every step. When you bend the shoe with your hand(not on) it is obviously a horrible shoe design. I truly doubt that this flaw was not known to k swiss before i purchased them.
Terrible experience. Waited for delivery, and 10 days after supposed delivery date no product, no notification from Shoebacca of any problem. Had to call 3x and email 2x and finally after me calling the third time, said I'd get a refund. I had to do all the work, they never reached out to me. We'll see, not optimistic.

The tracking showed the return package was received over a month ago but no refund and no acknowledgement in my account that the return was received. Called four times --- each time the customer service apologized, agreed that it was received, promised me it will be resolved, and asked me to call back in a week. Did that four times. No refund. Every time the reason was "we are processing. It may take some time" or "our system has an issue. It happens but we are on it". The "the supervisor" even gave me his name and asked me to call him back. When I did, "the supervisor" was talking to "upper management" and cannot talk to me.
The agents were polite but helpless. I do not think it is their fault that the return was not given but sorry --- when your system always "has an issue", these people in the front line had to face unhappy customers.

The shoes were way too big. Im not even sure they're true Pumas. They have marks on then like they've been worn or handled before and the return 8s a pain in the behind. I don't have the box or order number and the website didn't keep track of my order.

Do not believe the website. It claims that if you can put it in your cart, it's in stock. That is false. They will take and process your money, cancel your order days later, and not issue a refund in a timely process. Do not trust this company.

Shoebacca website says item will ship in 5 to 7 days. I called on day 10 to get status and was told they had ordered the item from a different vendor in Tennessee and it would take up to two weeks for delivery. Knowing that I requested cancellation of the order. My request was refused due to "company policy". I asked to speak to a supervisor or even a Shoebacca company owner and my request was refused. Shoebacca should evaluate their communication practices.
Customer service didn't solve the problem and declined to "pass me up the line."
Thought I would try a different vendor that made big claims about their service.
