Ship a Car Direct

Matt's timely replies to my inquiries even on New Year's day is much appreciated. The FAQ videos on their website were very helpful in making this initial experience with 2000 mile car transport more understandable. All that plus the positive reviews from several different sites helped me decide to go with Ship-a-Car direct. I will update and submit reviews on other sites when our process is complete.

This is my second time using this service. Overall, everything went as planned. I waited to hear when they would pick it up longer than the first time, but we didn't have COVID-19 a year ago. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful and answered all my questions. The vehicle actually got there a day early, which was great. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

This is my second time using SADC. The first occasion went very well. For the return trip I initially contacted a company that a relative had just used to ship a car from the same city. Easy process then nothing. As my deadline approached this company stopped replying to my messages and sent my calls directly to voicemail. So I went back to what worked the first time. Hopefully SADC can help me out of this crunch.

Really appreciated all the assistance and making arrangements for our first time use of this service. And then the car ended up being delivered much earlier than expected which was wonderful.

This has been a very easy process so far. I was very nervous about shipping four vehicles, one a gorgeous 1929 Ford Roadster, from California to Illinois. I didn't need to worry at all. Paul at JAB Transportation got our vehicles there in the timeframe promised and everything went great. He kept in contact with us regarding the delivery date/time. Very professional and courteous. I would use them again and I would definitely would recommend this service.

Very clear and easy process to set up order. Wade was extremely helpful with answering all my questions.
My car was picked up and delivered within 3 days, going from Tampa FL to Hudson NH. That's some pretty quick delivery service time. The driver was kind and courteous and also took the time to put on a mask and gloves to keep the car and us safe from the Covid-19 virus during these times of health uncertainties. The car also arrived in perfect condition not a scratch on it. I would definitely recommend and use Ship a Car Direct for all my transport needs.

Very professional and delivery was 3 days early with no personal contact required. Driver was courteous and professional. I ship a vehicle back and forth from Michigan to Florida and this year was the best experience that I've had. Excellent contact support. Arrival and delivery times on schedule or early. I will use and recommend Ship car direct in the future.

Jennifer was great during the quoting process and responsive to my emails. The vehicle was not bid on by a carrier for a few days after my first available pick up date so Shipacardirect took money from their cut and added it to the carriers cost. Quickly after a carrier accepted the bid price. The carrier booked by Shipacardirect was right on time and easy to communicate with.

Sorry to see a $25 increase from previous quote, especially as fuel costs continue to drop and quote was created on 4/29/20. Only good for 2 weeks? Wish you would state that in your emailed quote offer originally; if it's there, it's well hidden. Other than that, Cory has been very helpful

Corey was great and did his best, but car was not shipped until two weeks after first date. Howevter, the carrier kept changing both pickup and drop off dates. I received a message that car would be coming on Saturday evening, then it was Sunday. We finally got it at about 6:M on Monday night. The car was fine, just dirty bt would not recommend Kwik Trans for future shipments. The 4 star is for Ship A Car. The one star less than 5 is for Kwik Transport.

Easy stuff so far...the proof is in the execution.

Easy, straightforward booking. Make sure to set-up for credit card payment BEFORE shipping, otherwise you'll have to pay cash.

John was easy to talk with and direct with information. We had trouble with the 24/7 customer service line, but eventually got things worked out satisfactorily. Overall a positive experience.

As was our experience in9-17, I was again very satisfied with our SAD Direct shopping experience- very efficient and personable service.

I had some questions yesterday and spent all day trying to talk to my contact or anyone without success. A little disappointed at how difficult it is to speak with a live person. Online purchase is easy but I wanted to pay the entire payment at once and I didn't see an option to do that.

Renee very courteous and helpful. I have never shipped a car before so she gave me industry knowledge. I hope the overall actual shipping process goes equally as well.

I took delivery of the car in great shape. There was a storm and it was difficult to get a hold of the driver, but the shipacardirect team stepped in and got him on the phone.
