I second All previous reviews. I placed an order on June and still not received it. Last communication i had from the company it was on july and they informed it supposed to be delivered sometime early August but it never happened. I have sent other emails requesting an update and have been completed ignored. Do not waste your time or money in this website
I placed an order on 5/15/19, today in 9/20/19 and I still do not have my order. Their website states 4-6 weeks. It has now been 4 months! I emailed customer service and they did respond but told me it would be mid Aug at the latest. Again, it is late September and I have not received my order of $100 worth of items. I emailed and asked for a refund. We will see what comes of that.
I ordered 21 items, 20 pieces of jewelry and one t-shirt on May 30 for over $175.00. The shirt was delivered a few weeks after purchase. Over 5 months later and six emails to customer service and no sign of the rest of my order or any refund.
I had the same experience as the others. Paid for their product and never received it now they ignore me. Looks like they have at least one other site under a different name. Herstrength.co
Ordered a gift for my daughter in May and it is August, three months later and nothing. They take your money very quickly, send generic emails when you inquire where your purchased items are, ignore your requests, and are the best at giving you the runaround. No products to be sold here, they just take your money and more on... Beware of ordering anything from here as your money will be taken and nothing delivered. The LLC is registered in Pennsylvania and the address is a very nice home... interesting how that can happen. Don't buy from here, move on.
Almost 4 months since I placed an order, still have not received anything and now no responses from any e-mails I send! Also, not really sure why they are charging before the order has been shipped anyway!
Made an order in June and they sent me emails daily trying to get me to buy more. When I sent a email asking why I hadn't received my order, their daily emails suddenly stopped. Luckily we used PayPal and filed for a refund, which we received a couple of days ago.
I received, on Saturday 9/14/19, my order. It was exactly what I ordered, The items were exactly as represented. It took way to long, and they would not respond to requests for updates, but I am not unhappy with the product. I am extremely glad that they did ship my order.
I received a notice of shipment of my order. Although this is much later than promised..., I will update when it is received.
I ordered some items on 5/23/19. The web site says it will take 4-6 weeks for shipping. You cannot contact the business through their website. They do not respond to requests for a status. They take your money and do not provide a product.
