I ordered a dress in May for my daughter's for high school graduation and just another disappointment. We have yet to receive it. The first time I email they got back to me and said shipping was delayed due to COVID, I have since emailed several times as we still do not have the item I paid for. NO response from this company. Also their tracking system is a joke and not user friendly. I would seriously find another company to order from.

The return policy says to email customer service. I have done that 3 times over 3 weeks and never hear back.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE website. I bought two dresses from Sherobikini and they looked NOTHING like the pictures. They took FOREVER to arrive and they were shipped from China. Cheapest material ever! JUST HORRIBLE. Impossible to return... their website says do not mail without emailing first, but they do not respond to emails (Have emailed 4 times!). SCAMMERS! BEWARE!

My daughter ordered a dress that didn't fit. She/I tried to call and email countless times. They either go back to us weeks later with no information on how to return the dress or never responded at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you think you might need to return it. VERY SHADY!

I posted a review yesterday on their website and what happened today? That review was deleted!
1st. I ordered a size L, just in case, I'm a size M, when these shorts arrived they didn't fit at all! They fit on my cousin that is a size SMALL!
2nd. Fabric was so cheap and smelled like if it was washed in clorox!
3rd. I tried contacting them 1 month ago regarding some info about my order and I never got a response.
PLEASE! PLEASE! BE AWARE OF THIS WEBSITE AND DON'T BUY HERE!

No confirmation of order - no response to contact us. Comes up as a charge all in Chinese? No order number - all searches lead you to unhappy customers.

They are scammers with fake clothes nothing like the pictures on the website. Clothes are straight from China worst quality ever. No reply from customer service no refund! Beware! I lost out in 165$! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Warn as many people as u can!

The package arrived 1 month later than expected. I ordered 2 dresses, very poor quality. The first one had a hole and the second one reduced a lot after first laundry. Do not buy!

Don't spend your time and money order from this company. I placed and order more than 2 months ago and I never received it. I sending them emails asking them for returning my money and they don't answer. I paid almost 200 dollars. Not one responded.

This place is a total scam i bought 95 dollars worth of dresses and they arrived a month and half after i ordered them! The dresses did not look ANYTHING like the ones i ordered and the material was so cheap! Definitely a scam

Soo these $#*!s are the worst! So let me start off with their website saying "friendly customer service" however they have the worst the absolute worst customer service! Idk why they even have a $#*!ing return policy or "warranty" whatever that $#*!ing means when they don't knowww how to respond to their damn email! And email is the only way to reach them! It's either you won't get your order or if you do it's gonna be crapppy like them and they won't respond to you when you want to return it!

Their Instagram is more interesting, in the comments they still their customers ohh tell us your order info and we will get back to you, and that's just an excuse! They never get back to anyone! And then if you leave a comment, they will then delete it to show that their stuff is legit! All they do is lie to their customers!

Their clothes don't match the website, false advertisement with their policy and their clothes!
This whole $#*! website is a scammm! Don't buy anything from here! You will regret it!
