Took four months to receive three items. Products material was awful and was made so cheap. One item was not even close to what was shown in picture and not to size. I have yet to receive a return label after requesting one the first day I received the package. I have emailed and went on website at least 6 times since June and no response. And I'm out $104. Never again. I've learned my lesson. I give them a zero rating!

Received casual loose fitting shirt in a large which is the size I normally wear. Was disappointed that the "loose" fitting shirt was quite snug. Sheilook suggested I keep it and either donate it to a charity or give it as a gift. My other choice was to return it to China at my own expense. Unhappy with the experience and will not order from this online company again.

Very Poor quality. The only reason I gave them one star was because they don't have a zero star rating available. Buyer beware. Don't fall for this scam. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Size wasn't anywhere near the size I ordered and the stitching looked like a child did it.

Terrible quality. Could find better at the dollar store. Ships from China and takes forever. Stuff doesn't fit, doesn't look like the product in the add. What a scam.

I purchased the casual zipper sneakers and was very dissatisfied with fit (too small) and quality (poor). I returned to the address provided into China only to have them shipped sent back to me. I have over $76.00 now invested in the purchase and shipping. The process started in April through July. Terrible.

Everything said in these reviews is absolutely true, it literally takes two months to get your order, it was very poor quality, being that the company is in China, returning would be expensive so they ask you to regift it or give you 15% on your next order or they'll refund you 15%. Even so they string you along in email after email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, They've got a real scam going!
They finally refunded my $3.95, woo hoo! My order was Feb. 11!
Today is May 13! I have learned my lesson.

My daughter found two items of clothing online and for her birthday I ordered them.
I was sceptical to order from someone that I did not know anything about but I thought I would just try this time.
The order took around 6 weeks to arrive, and I was so disappointed with the quality. I will not return the items as it is too much extra work and money to send to China!
I did not look at reviews before I bought the items but next time I will be certain to read reviews before I buy anything. The photos of the items looks like different material and the fabric is so light and such poor quality.

I ordered about a month ago and have heard nothing. They have taken the money out of my credit card. They said, but no merchandise. They said my ordered item was the most popular and they are having trouble keeping up. CHINA, are you kidding me? Do not trust this web site.

I placed an order Feb 18th. It is now April 9th. Almost 2 months waiting for a pair of shoes. I'm disputing this order with my card. I want my money back!

The items I bought were terrible quality and size wasn't as advertised. When I asked for a refund, they asked me to donate items. Had to return items to China for a refund and haven't received a refund. It's been over a month! Sheinlook should not be allowed to advertise on the site where I saw it!

CORRECTION! THE WEBSITE IS SHEINLOOK! NOT JUST SHEIN. I want to make sure I have reviewed the correct company.!
I order my neice some items to wear on her bachelorette trip for the end of March. I ordered the beginning of Feb! Yet to receive items. I've emailed them numerous times. Very little regaurd to my order!
I'm am so disappointed as I assured my neice I had her wardrobe for the trip!

First off I had no idea my merchandise was coming from China. I placed an order in January 1 and it now the middle of February I still haven't received it but was promised below is my email from them and I also bribe they do business understand multiple names.
