This website is a real con. When you buy sheet music to download they sign you up for a trial PASS subscription without you asking for it or actually agreeing to it. The trial is (supposedly free) but then automatically renews itself unless you cancel it. Cancelling is virtually impossible as you can't do it on the website and they do not reply to emails to their Helpdesk. It is dishonest and more hassle than it is worth.

You won't know what you genuinely have access to until you subscribe to their service. You do not get what they lead you to believe you are getting. This is a prime example of the dark side of the music industry.

This website sells digital/printable copies of piano/guitar music. But what they don't tell you is that in order to even view what you have bought and rightfully own you have to download systems onto your computer, systems that are not actually necessary! This makes it impossible for people who only have access to public computers to receive what they paid for. They also did not respond to any of my emails inquiring about the matter, even though they're website said they would respond with a "24-hour period if email id appropriate". I feel as if this website deceived me and many other people.
