I ordered a shed from ShedsForLessDirect.com on April 28. The shed was supposed to be delivered by mid-May, but it never arrived. I received multiple delivery promises (May 13, May 15, May 29) with no tracking number ever provided. Eventually, the company canceled the order without shipping anything. After I left a 1-star review, things escalated quickly. The owner of the company personally emailed me, not to apologize or resolve the issue—but to threaten and insult me. Some of his direct quotes include: "I will come after you for damages." "You will be met quickly with a civil lawsuit." "I've done it before and I'll do it again." "You have more problems than a wood shed." "I know who you are." He then had his attorney send me a cease-and-desist letter demanding I remove my review. This wasn't just bad customer service—it felt like retaliation and intimidation. I never received the shed, only threats. I've filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, and Attorney General, and I strongly urge others to proceed with caution if considering this business.
