Had a TV, which was slow in working. Customer services sent software that stopped it altogether. Failed to respect the guarantee and refused to send an engineer of replacement.
Would recommend avoiding this company if you like back up if things go wrong.
My advice is that you never order a Sharp product through Sharp itself. Order through Amazon or another retailer. Sharp are awful for refunds and returns. They will find any excuse not to refund, then when they have to accept its needed they will try to find excuses for you to pay the return postage yourself. Customer service staff fabricated stories to make my sister think her faulty electronic item was in fact 'meant to be that way'... totally untrue and we proved it with pictures and technical advice from another company selling this Sharp item! 2 weeks after item returned still no refund. These company's that like to keep your hard earned money in their bank longer than necessary need shooting.
Chronic customer service. Re train your customer service staff not to lie Sharp.
