You are asking for customer service and as of yet all I have had in contact with customer service is the order of your product and delivery. I have only used your product for only a little time so I can not tell you how it is working.
The only comment is I found it a bit deceiving - I thought I was buying 1 set for $49 but ended up with $249 for 4 month supply. Based on how much shampoo you need to lather through long hair - I'm not sure it will last a full month so for the price i'm not sure I will reorder. I just started using it so I'll give it the 4 month try. Val
I always question these gimmicks when you check out and try to sell more products. Sounds like a scam!
As per my comment above, I still feel that continued "sales techniques" once you try to place an order makes the company and product sound like a less than desirable product or company. I don't want to order ANY product that continues to "haunt" me with sales pitchs after purchase. I received the product, but now realize that their shampoo and conditioner alone will not "regrow" my hair. You must buy the vairous other gimmicks that are offered, if any chance of regrowth at all, would have to be used. I do not want to continue use or receive any future orders from Shapiro MD.
I have been using this produce to about a month...I believe I am seeing a slight improvement in my hair growth. I will continue using it and see what happens...
Received my shipment promptly. Enjoying the product...will see how it works over the next couple of months. If it does what it claims I will reorder.

I am still losing my hair during shampoo but today I noticed it was less.
I'd have liked to have seen the total purchase price BEFORE the completion of the purchase. You do not make it clear that it was $57.00 times 4. I sure hope it's worth the money.
My shopping experience was great. I have one question, even though I've placed an order, I'd like to know if this product has been successful with African American clients.
Items were missing from order and have yet to receive, not likely I will get it

I have been faithfully using all products with hopes of regrowing my very fine hair.
Ordering was straight forward, with proper guide to assist.
I received the order but I have not started using the product yet.
It was confusing as to what I was actually getting before I put my credit card in. I thought it was shampoo conditioner and foam. Don't know my Canadian price? Don't know if shipping charge? What's the free gift I'm supposed to get? Is it the foam?
