Delivery took almost a month and reply to my concerns were just addressed almost a week after I contacted them. I did end up receiving the product but it took too long.

I haven't seen a difference while using the product but I haven't had it long enough to tell a difference. When and if I do I'll let you know but thanks for reaching out to me. I did take pictures of before using.

I love the way the shampoo and conditioner make my scalp feel. I feel a difference when I use it. Hopefully one day I will see a change with my thinning and hair loss.

I waited a whole month to receive my shipment. I placed the order on 4/24/20 and the payment of $143.xx was taken out of my account on 4/27, called customer service twice and still did not receive my shipment until 5/22/20.

So far I like the products. Too early to tell if they are making a difference

I'm not seeing any difference so I'm cancelling all future orders as of today.

I have not used it long enough to give a real review.

I don't appreciate messages at the end asking you to keep adding on to your order. The initial order was supposed to be all that was needed!

I would rather give feedback after I use the product, as far as the ease of ordering yes it was easy.

Not happy with added offers when it's my 1st order placed, not sure it will even work for me. Would be more open to rate higher after a month product is used.

5-23-20: It's only been 2 weeks, yet I still am loosing a lot of hair, so not ready to give it my complete rating.

I received my products in a timely fashion. I hope to continue these products if they work for me.

So far I'm okay still need to measure but life is pretty hectic w my father n siblings plus my son n COVID-19 so hope next week is better but hair compliments have been uplifting

So far so good, shampoo cleans well, conditioner leaves hair soft and shiny. I have only been using product a few weeks.

Don't like all the extras that you solicit...too much commercializing

I like the product but do not appreciate being pushed into a monthly automatic shipment

Overall the shopping experience was nice. I'm only 2 weeks into my hair routine so no difference yet.
