Trying the product for the first time

I think I'm allergic to the products. How do I get a refund

I was hesitant to use some of product when I read ingredients.

I use shampoo and conditioner. It has left my hair dry and brittle.

No change in hair loss has been detected to date.

It went smoothly

Have been a Shapiro's customer for over 3yrs. Very satisfied

I ordered and received my product in a timely manner

My hair is really curly. Your conditioner alone will not get all the tangles out. Since my hair is thinnest on the top of my head is that where I should use your product and my regular conditioner on the length. Have only used your products for about 20 days so I have no comment on it's effectiveness yet.

I wish there had been a note that the shampoo and cream rinse are not color safe. I wasn't ready to have both thinning and grey hair! :)

My order arrived on time and in excellent condition.

It was easy to order from the website. I received my order fast. Shampoo and conditioner smell great.

Ease in ordering and not a lot of extras offered when I was only interested in the Shapiro MD shampoo & conditioner.

So happy to be able to buy the products individually.I have had a better experience this time because I did not have to pay duty which cost me $50.00 on the last order. That made ordering prohibitive.

I was very excited to receive this product and am looking forward to positive results.
