The girl was arrogant and rude. I understand that I had been contacted, and I missed the message, but the girl was rude. If she hates her job, get another. Customer service is a basic skill, and this is failure.

Product ordered in May 2020 never received
Everything arrived as expected in good order. Have only been using. The product for a short time. Still on first bottle of shampoo. No results yet. Although did not expect any yet.
