Just received it and used it for 1st time today

Love the shampoo and conditioner so far.

Service is great but I'm allergic to the product.

So far so good as long as I don't get charged again or end up with a subscription

Want to try it,,,,,,,,,,,, but did two months.

I prefer not to have additional pop up messages trying to influence me to purchase more products when I have not even tried the shampoo yet. First establish credibility and then the customer will be more inclined to purchase more items. I am looking forward to trying this shampoo as it appears it has been formulated based upon clinical trials.

This is my second order. The first one I received was ok but this order I had to pay $25.00 for taxes

I was charged tax on the product at the post office. Took long to receive. I didn't notice any bonus items that I was promised earlier due to the delay

I am not sure that the product does what is advertised. I have used it faithfully, but no results yet.

Is taking way too long to see any results, this is almost my 3rd month of trying this shampoo and still don't see any results

The product is great and I am loving it, but the bottles all of malfunctioned lids, I have to take the top off all the bottles to get out the shampoo and conditioner and two out of the four bottles of the leave on conditioner were empty because they were not sealed and leaked into the box before I got them! So sad

I recently placed my first order at shapiromd.com and was informed that, due to Covid-19, my order was backordered and would be delayed. Naturally, I was disappointed that after I'd made the decision to order, I'd have to wait several weeks for the shipment. I was delighted when the product arrived very soon after it was placed. I appreciate that they were working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!
