I have been using Shapiro shampoo and conditioner for almost 2 years and would never stop using it. My hair has grown back fuller and grows so fast now I have it cut every 4 weeks.
Highly recommend to anyone suffering thinning hair. It does take time but well worth the wait to see results.

I can't get anyone from customer support to respond to my emails or phone calls! I want to return my product for a full refund as your advertisement stated was policy, your advertisement also stated we could contact customer support for fast service but sadly that has not been my experience.

Order arrived in time and as promised.

So far the online customer service is good. Answered all the questions about my shipment.

I bought it for my son and he hasn't used it yet

I haven't been using long enough to give an accurate response on how it works.

I returned the product and could not get through to a customer service agent so I sent it back to the address it was shipped from. I am still waiting for my refund.
