I've been using this product for about 2 wks and haven't seen anything new with my hair. I still have another bottle and I'm hoping that my hair will grow longer and don't look so uneven.
My only concern is the 60 day guarantee when results don't happen for 90 days.

Hair feels thicker.
Although my credit card was charged right away I was not able to find my order for several weeks and it was not shipped for several weeks more so it took a long time just to get it started but I haven't now and I hope it's helping the situation

I'm new to Shapiro and loving the products so far however, I'm disappointed with the customer service. I'm female and was sent the 5% Minoxidil (which states not for use by women) instead of the 2% Minoxidil. Sent an email about this weeks ago but no response. Received my second order today and its the same thing. Sent customer support another email today, awaiting a response.

When looking at anything on FB, I always look for a legitimate website, which obviously you have. The FB offer was better. However, the message is too long. IMO, you should get to the point much faster. And I don't like all the pricey add ons at the end, it's gimicky. But most importantly, I never saw the one month option spoken of in the overlong message. I went with it mostly for an elderly friend who is losing a great amount of hair every day. So we will both be using it and you'll most certainly be hearing my opinion.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I have not been able to Open the package or obviously, use the products due to a serious family health issue. Please do not send anymore products.
Product took a long time to get here. Now I'll need to see how it works and when I'll start to get results

Never got their customer service order line to call me back. I ordered online and order was delayed, I guess due to Covid-19. I love the shampoo and conditioner. If I do not use the conditioner my hair does not seem as full, so I think the key is their conditioner, my beautician even mentioned it.
I have received the package with a broken conditioner bottle and have been waiting for your contact.
