Quite a delay maybe due to the current situation but we are satisfied with the product.

My overall shopping experience with Shapiro is pretty good bit the reason I give one star this time is because previously I wrote an email to Tanya but she never replied

No one ever picked up my phone call or returned my calls.

They advertise you cancel your subscription at anytime yet there is place to do it on their website! They do not return emails or phone calls. Do not use their product!

Just want to try the shampoo to see if it helps my fine hair.Im 75 years old and I care what my hair looks like but I've had hair loss in the last couple of years.

I was tricked into buying more product than I wanted. I wanted to just try it out. I thought I was buying one set when somehow I ended up with 4. I am trying it out and so far not impressed

For this shipment I was charged a brokerage fee at the border... to avoid the additional 18%, I would rather my order be shipped by courier than by post

I contacted Shapiro customer service because my order was damaged. I used the chat function on the Shapiro website but was advised to call the customer service number instead. I did so and waited approximately 2 hours at which time the phone disconnected. I will never do business with Shapiro again. I am still waiting for my replacement order and expect I will be in my grave before I get it. Thumbs down.

Helpful and corrected my order

I have only been using it for two weeks. Waiting to see results.

So use the product for a while it seem to make my hair feel thicker. Did not notice getting fuller specially on top. I do like the fact that you change the conditioner it feels richer than before good job
