I wasn't that impressed with the products and quit using them.
When I contacted customer service they contacted me back in a few days with an answer that confirmed what I thought about the product. They were very nice and courteous.
I ended up returning the products, because I only wanted to try out one month. I accidentally ordered the special which was for a four month supply. I contacted Shapiro right away and was told that I couldn't keep anything. I had to return it all and was e-mailed an address to return it to. No shopping label was sent. I went to the post office and it would cost $30 to ship it back. I sent it all back using the post office shipping box.
Very quick and easy. Information to read and not just a long video. I contacted them after I received my order to ask a question. I was supposed to receive a callback but it took so long I was no longer available. I definitely waited a long time but then gave up.
Please include how to use minoxidil with foam.
I order shampoo and recieve conditioner. I e-mailed you twice. I called about 5 times and left my phone number as per your recording. Nobody called back. Worst customer service. Please adavice how to return the condioner and receive the shampoo. Awaiting your reply.Thank you, Mrs. Mercy Llaguno
I have not used long enough to see any positive results.
Easy to order but over one month to receive product. When I did receive the products, the (leave in foam) bottle leaked inside the box during shipping. I immediately called customer service to tell them of the problem with packaging but could not get anyone on the phone. Supposed high volume calls, hard to believe, due to pandemic left me sitting on hold for 15 minutes and then the automated service let me leave my name and number for a return phone call. No call back as of writing this review. I will continue to contact customer service for a product replacement.

I tried to order on your 4 th of July 25%off and in my order address it would NOT let me put in Canada or Alberta! It was filed in United States and Alabama! I sent emails to tell you from you until the special was off! I think I should still get 25 % off

So far I really like the product. My hair feels good. It feels thicker. I don't have to wash it as often.
This product doesn't work I've actually lost more hair using it...not worth the money!
I really like the shampoo but the bottle it's to small, I like bigger bottles can last longer.
