My experience was easy and satisfying.
I like the feeling of the shampoo on my scalp. My hair feels drier and frizzier but that is better than falling out. I hope this is a transitional phase and I look forward to seeing how it is working at 90 days.
I had an issue with payment. Your site did not accept PayPal though never told me and so I figured this out when looking for my order. You agent was fine though unsympathetic. Also, your website doesn't give good direction on your products and best way to use.

Easy except I don't like those add-ons
I really do like the shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels and appears healthier and fuller just from shampooing. The conditioner doesn't feel slick during application, rinses easily and leaves my hair easy to manage. I could tell the volume increase with the first washing. I use the Leave in Foam daily. I probably use too much of this particular product. I have four very thin sections (crown front, middle of head and both sides front). I put a "pump" in each area, therefore, I am sure to run out of this product before its suggested time. I haven't noticed any new hair growth, but I really haven't looked closely. Due to my areas of thin hair, I usually wear a scarf and "extra hair". In so doing, I don't blow dry, hot iron or roll my hair. The damage I do is keeping it in a pony tail (shoulder length hair) and pin the extra hair as needed.
I did not order the 5% Minoxidil in my first order as I wasn't sure what I was getting into. I will include the Minoxidil in my next order.
I intend to determine the current purchase agreement status. I have questions:
Is it an auto ship setup? May I adjust the products to add the Minoxidil and additional Leave in Foam to the existing order.
I want the best product deal, but I don't want to fill up with products waiting to be used. I have the feeling that Shapiro MD cares about our hair as well as making a profit. I expect that customer service will exhibit there concern about their customers/clients AND their products.
Did I mention that I color my hair TOO?:)

Please cancel any recurring orders. I tried to do this on your website but couldn't figure out how to change it. According to my account I was scheduled for another order. I haven't even tried what I have yet!

When I first ordered your product, I did so thinking you would charge a far lesser amount based on your advertising hype which I obviously misread. I also had no idea when I ordered once from your company that I would be enrolled as a subscriber, and that as a Canadian the extra charges would be so significant.

However, I would like to return one item, and I haven't had time to contact you yet. It's the Minoxidil Solution. Warning says not to use with my specific health circumstances.

The products took awhile to get to me. When I tried to call it was impossible I also sent an email and got no answer back. Now I have used the shampoo and conditioner and style gel and it gave me a itchy scalp and frizzy hair I wish to return all products. How can is do this

My hair has been thinking out as 58 years old and I'm having a high hope for better recovery on my hair.

When received order did on line chat with customer service. Marilyn was wonderful. Will follow suggestons and keep fingers crossed in 4 to 6 months will see more thickeing - my issue not baldness but just thinner hair growth - age 72, woman
I was charged for a 2nd shipment before my 1st shipment arrived. I wanted to at least try the product before to make sure it is something that will work with my specific hair loss issues before signing up for recurring orders. I called customer service and was on hold for an extremely long time before it gave me the option to put in a # for a call back. I finally spoke with an extremely kind and helpful rep. She listened to my concerns and offered to reduce my 2nd order by 50%. She was very helpful in explaining how to use the product. I just received my order yesterday (8/13) a day ahead of scheduled delivery. I've not used the product yet. But I must tell you that your customer service rep (sorry I did not get her name) that I spoke with was AMAZING! Thank You
