The shopping process was easy. The product is ridiculously expensive and I haven't seen any results so far, so I'm definitely not happy with the purchase but will give it more time.

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for the past 2 weeks. It makes my hair feel soft. I am just now beginning to see less shedding, however, I have also been using other supplements, so I'm not yet sure if it is the shampoo or a combination of all the products I'm taking.

I ordered some of this product in early July and they promised delivery by July 14. It was not delivered until the 22nd, by which time I was out of town. When I returned I began using the product and did not like it. It makes my hair look limp, dull, thinner, and greasy and leaves a yellow waxy coating on my scalp. Even though it says "100% refund guarantee if you are not satisfied within 90 days," don't believe it. Only on the last purchase ordered, but I did not order the last purchase, it just came to my door automatically. When I finally did get a call back, I spoke with Amal who said she just sent me an email with the RMA number to send the product back and she did not send it. There is no email from them in my Inbox nor my junk mail. This company is a SCAM!
It was not a seamless experience. It kept looping (not sure if that is the correct word). If I inquired of a product and if I wanted to look at a different package it became complicated. I would have ordered more products had it not been so difficult.
I've been using this product for about a month now. Previous reviews said they saw positive changes within the first three weeks. The only thing I'm seeing is more hair loss. Extremely disappointed.
Had a problem entering Canadian province. Charged duty and had to pick up at the post office. Was not expecting this.

I had no idea that I was going to have to pay to another almost $40 To the post office when my order arrived. I'm on a fixed income so it took a lot for me to place the order in the first place. Never mind additional fee.

I was very pleased with the service i recieved. I ordered the wrong thing which was completely my own fault. And the girl that helped me was very polite and efficient. It was greatly aprecuated
