Same as the other reviews, item paid for but never arrived after nearly 3 months. They are taking no responsibility. Unfortunately these reviews weren't up online when I paid them in march so I didn't't realise they were scammers. There seems to be a parent company called Sleep Cloud Shop so I suspect any company connected to them is a total con. Avoid like the plague.

This is by far the worst thing I could've done, given these scammers my money. Sent them hundreds of emails demanding my money back and getting ignored. Ordered their stupid resistance bands 2 months ago for 20 but that's not the point, it's the principle of these scammers making hundreds of euros off of us. Where can we report them?

Day 56 since I ordered the resistance bands... the "company's" customer service has been a joke. Each email is simply "please be patience, the delivery is on its way"... 56 days and counting.

The item apparently arrived in the UK 16 days ago and tracking hasnt updated since... the "company" takes ZERO responsibility for the lost item, refuses to refund me and from the looks of these reviews, is just a scam.

I ordered 45 days ago but they didn't send me anything! They cheated so many people around the world. SOMEONE MUST STOP THEM!

I ordered the elastic training bands in March after seeing an instagram ad. I waited 8 weeks for them to arrive. Customer service were useless. The product then broke on its second use. Complete scam. I'll be reporting them to everyone I can. Stay away.

Ordered early April, advised a week later that product had shipped. Tracking reference didn't work, delivery information not updated in a month. Asked for a refund but told I couldn't have one or cancel because the item had shipped (despite what it said on the shipping information). Still no item - this is a scam.

Two months from my purchase and my product hasn't arrived yet. Plus, they refuse to refund. I opened a case with paypal to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased the isolation belt from them almost 1 month ago, still haven`t got it. I`ve sent a few e-mails asking them to just cancel the order but they just keep replying saying "it will be delivered to me shortly".

Stay away and shop else where paid for my item nearly 2 months ago and never received it. I asked for my money back and was told to look at the FAQs as I won't be getting a refund so stay away in my opinion

Ordered 8 weeks ago and still haven't received my order! Absolutely shocking! It's a scam! Avoid!

At no point does it say my order was been sent from China, I've waited 5 weeks still no change in the tracking information they sent me. I can't get a refund or cancel my order, I'd avoid this company.

SCAMMERS! This company took my money and the product has even filed three county of origin 2 months later!

I contacted them and the said it's already left so the can't refund me.

Fxxxxckin scammers! Ordered my resistance bands 23rd april and no news until now. Customer service is a joke, I requested a refund couple times and no actions. I just order covacure bands from Amazon yesterday and arrived a day after. See the difference.

I have ordered from this site over 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the product to arrive. I have requested a refund which was rejected. This site is a massive scam! Do not order anything from them. Avoid at all cost!

Glad to come here and check reviews. As I've order in April and still don't have the item I've got from them. Scam scam bastards during this horrible time and they do this to people. Avoid! Avoid!

Ordered bands on the 10th of April... now the 28th of May and they still haven't arrived. Customer service is appalling. Have reported to trading standards and the UK European Consumer Centre. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the isolation belt over 6 weeks ago and it still has not been received. The company refuses to refund my product as they claim it has been shipped. The shipment track has not been updated for over 5 weeks. I would highly recommend not to purchase from this company.

Tracking indicates that my order hasn't been shipped and the seller is unwilling to help. The phoneline isn't working and emails are ignored. I have been charged twice for 1 order and the seller refused to refund me.

Stay clear, prroduct never arrived, tracking said it was waiting for pickup 6 weeks later! I shipped a car from europe to new zealand at the same time faster and they wont refund me!

It's very fake company same diamond ledar in Nagpur and his team not working properly. One team in Nagpur froud in every one. I am spending 1 lakh but some Amount. Kept in one paket said team.
