I ordered the elastic training bands in March after seeing an instagram ad. I waited 8 weeks for them to arrive. Customer service were useless. The product then broke on its second use. Complete scam. I'll be reporting them to everyone I can. Stay away.

Ordered their stupid resistance bands 2 months ago for 20 but that's not the point, it's the principle of these scammers making hundreds of euros off of us. Where can we report them?

Same as the other reviews, item paid for but never arrived after nearly 3 months. They are taking no responsibility. Unfortunately these reviews weren't up online when I paid them in march so I didn't't realise they were scammers. There seems to be a parent company called Sleep Cloud Shop so I suspect any company connected to them is a total con. Avoid like the plague.

Day 56 since I ordered the resistance bands... the "company's" customer service has been a joke. Each email is simply "please be patience, the delivery is on its way"... 56 days and counting.
The item apparently arrived in the UK 16 days ago and tracking hasnt updated since... the "company" takes ZERO responsibility for the lost item, refuses to refund me and from the looks of these reviews, is just a scam.

Ordered bands on the 10th of April... now the 28th of May and they still haven't arrived. Customer service is appalling. Have reported to trading standards and the UK European Consumer Centre. Don't waste your money.

Never ship the product or answer emails. Has no phone number. Finally two or three wks later, they said they got my email and will get back to me shortly. Two more weeks later they said they will ship within another week. I had called my credit card and got a provisional credit by then. Over a month from the original order they said they noticed I got a credit and asked if I still want to re-order. I said no. Looks like others have had same problem! Now I try to check for these kind of reviews ahead of ordering.
