I bought medium bras because of the cup size. I probably needed the size large for the band size but thought the cup size would be too large. The band rolls and I need the extender for a comfortable fit, however the straps are too far apart for my liking because the straps sometime fall down.

In my order was something that did not fit, I called to return it and was told to donate the item, (which I did). They then sent me 2 more of the same item, different size and only charged me for 1. I call that good customer service, I surely didn't expect that.
