It took almost a month to get a refund. I had to send an email asking about it before it could be issued. I was not pleased with that.

I've purchased several shapers, including the one just recently purchased and once again, it was very uncomfortable in the thigh area. So, I no longer use it after wearing it twice and had to go back to my old shaper. However, the buying experience was a good one.

I have purchased many different styles of shape wear from them and I love every single one. On my most recent order there was an issue with a zipper. The customer service team was prompt and professional with helping me resolve my issue.

Please, buy form this company. You will not be disappointed. They have great products with amazing customer service. I'll in sales myself and that is something I observe everywhere I go. Customer service is important in this industry.

The size I ordered was my size but when I received my order it was too small I couldn't put it on or exchange it I washed money and had to give it away because it's made to where you can't get intouch with anyone. And that's not fair I wasn't going to ever order from this company but I see something I want to try...

The garment was well made. My only complaint is the stichings was raised enough to be seen through light outfits. If they can smooth that out it would be perfect!

I really like the way that everything on this store is made, the quality is amazing and the feeling of being able to feel more confident in your body is just incredible.

You have to reach out to request a return process and they send you a survey instead and no directions on how to return your purchase

I wish I would have ordered my right size, I needed to size down. Other than that the fabric was breathable, smoothing and comfortable.
I'm a size 18/20 and ordered the 3X, 2X would have been better, I will need to return the item.

I ordered the the shape wear and it did not perform as the add said it should. I'm still waiting for a refund or a replacement product.

The website said easy returns. They tried to offer me a discount not to return it. Why?! If this is your practice, then do not advertise easy returns. The jumpsuit is way too long and the top is too low cut

I can't count how many pieces I've ordered from here. I've also referred others and they also agree, that this shape wear is top notch!

The surprise box wasn't worth it. I expected to get shapewear, but received a cheap dress slip. The jumper I ordered feels extremely thin, and the sizing is off.

Their shapewear is the most comfortable I've bought from anywhere, and I've gotten so many compliments while wearing it. It snatches my baby pooch almost completely flat, and I feel so much more confident in tighter clothes!

The shapewear is so comfortable. I was amazed. It cinches me in fantastically. Im 5'3" between 139 -145 I got a small. It does take some effort to put on but once its on, it's super comfortable.

The products are great quality. I will still need to make alterations to fit the waist and burst which is an additional $30-$40 per shapewear here in Toronto. Shapellx should start doing custom shapers or discounts for those who will have to do alterations
