Took a bit to recieve, was a lot longer than expected, does not do what it is supposed to for my size, have tried emailing to get a refund and I am being ignored!
My shopping experience was fine just needed to get the correct size, I would suggest measuring your self first and place your order. Returning my order was easy, just receiving my corrected size and can't wait to wear it.

Customer service is not that great. I received my product in a reasonable timeframe. I ordered two different products but same color. I received the exact same product & size. I was emailing with a rep back & forth who I believe didn't understand my needs & concerns. I explained, that I was keeping one of the products but returning the other. That I say another one that I wanted to switch out with the return product being sent but not sure if they was familiar with that product process. So, I just told them to give me a refund.
Shopping and checkout process was very simple. I received my order after about 3 and a half weeks due to the fact that customer service had not informed me that the items I ordered were not available in the color I ordered. I had to reach out to them several times to get them shipped in different colors. Other than that, I really like my shapewear.

The experience was good. The hard part was deciding on a color! It didn't take long to receive. Once I got it on I didn't feel that it made my stomach look smaller it just gave it a smooth look. It was a fight getting in it but I did. I think that I should probably try a smaller size to see if it sucks me in more.
