I had an issue with my original order being incorrect but once I notified them of the error they sent out the original items again.
The product was as described and really snatches my waist. Not to mention, I can work out with the waist trainer on with no discomfort!

It came in a decent amount of time and it fits perfectly. It did arrive a little dirty (dirt marks/scuffs) as if it was on the ground, but nothing that I couldn't fix and clean myself.
