They asked me did I have any appliances I told them yes, how many bedrooms (3), I told them I had lots of exercise equipment, and furniture in the garage. They asked me what size truck did I need? I told them their longest one they have. They showed up with a short truck my son and daughter supervised while i was at the new place with the Alarm, gas company etc... My daughter called me and told me they didn't get my refrigerator, king size bed & exercise stuff. They told me for extra charge they would go back & get it. I had to pay someone else from work to get the rest of my things and made several trips in my car... My daughter said they stood around talking to each other and she had to tell them every little thing to do. Everything was box up except the large stuff... GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE THEM
