They took my money for my order mind you it was all my Christmas gifts then my packages have never arrived I call and they keep moving the date out 3 times they did this then I'm told my order won't be sent and they're not sure how I'll receive my money back so basically I have no Christmas gifts for anyone thanks to seventh avenue!

Don't order from this company because if they don't send the right thing they make you pay for the shipping to return it so you are paying twice for shipping on a order you don't get
Thanks for addressing my concern and issue. This was great news. My heart was in tangles thinking I would be paying for something i didnt get to enjoy but they fixed it

I placed an order on 10/21/2021 i started to get some of my items on 10/23/2021 fast shipping great service, very friendly company, kind customer service performance. Prices are very affordable and great. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've ordered from the Seventh Avenue skin line and I simply love the products. The new Suga Mama line is superb! My baby loves the lotion and how great the shampoo and baby oil smells. It hydrates her skin and has it so soft! I am going to stick with all products. The products also make it to you quickly and the packaging is so cute!

I just can't believe I sent the same car mat back four times and now that I get the fifth one and it's still unpersonalized this is so sickening and heart-wrenching all at the same time it's not even for me it's for my sister my advice don't use 7th avenue to get anything personalized cuz this is sickening

I payed off a cd player than right after I payed it off. It completely quiet working
Than you sent me a new cd player the next day the replacement cd player will not play cds at all but the radio works only. Two cd players that stop working. I will pay off my dvd player but I'll never order anything from seventh avenue again. Because I even had to get a replacement dvd player. I'm just not satisfied with electronics products
I Received my first order and the product was as listed. I will be returning for more product and have my friend ordering now.

Any problems I've had, like Fedex tearing up a box with a cabinet in it, was resolved not by fedex but by 7th Ave.
They work with you on payments should you have unexpected less cash available that month.
I've had no problems resolving issues with 7th Ave and that's with purchases amounting to over $1000. 00
Tip for consumers:
If there's a problem, make sure it's 7th Ave whose responsible. Fedex dropped, dragged
and tore up the last box my last cabinet came. Replacement parts were no longer available and the cost of return not worth it.
It was Fedex who caused the damage, but 7th Ave who resolved the matter to my satisfaction

I got a Seventh Avenue Catalog in the mail one day and I browsed through it and found some really interesting things that I decided to go ahead an purchase, and I really glad I did. They have some really incredible things that I've never even seen at stores and some things I have. Like, who many of you have "Soup & Cracker Bowls", or even know what those are? I DO! And I bought 2 of them form Seventh Avenue. In case your wondering, and even if you don't care. They are bowls with and extra "lip" or "pocket" on the side that hold your crackers for your soup, or dip for chips or anything you need an extra lip or pocket for! I actually wish I had purchased 6, keep 2 for us and give the other 4 to my in-laws, my daughter and her fiance'.
I like the fact you can open a charge account and pay a low amount each month good for people on a fixed income
