Set up appointment and met with Brooke and gave a rough layout of what I was looking at. They sent me an email days later stating that they will get back to me once they found a new vendor that might have something that will work in my bathroom. Over a month later after not hearing back from them, I reached out to Brooke asking for an update. Ariel sent back an email with just a quote and no design (very unprofessional to just throw out a quote with no design considering my exact design and dimensions were not set when we met). I asked for a design and Ariel said that Brooke would get back to me. That was over a week ago now. I will not be using them. Luckily, I had been looking at other places and I have found someone else way more professional in every part of the process and they don't send emails titled "Hey" and "Hey There". They know my name.
Customer service described what I needed to do/bring to figure out a counter top for my sink. She assisted me right when I got there on picking out a "remnant" (less expensive and all I needed was a smaller piece for my job). Very easy, found what i needed. Unfortunately they are so well liked i guess that the order time is way out! Looking forward to getting measuring done and install done soon I hope!
Amanda at Set in Stone was so helpful on my first visit. I felt like I was guided to select what fit my needs with her knowledge and kindness. They have been great to work with our changing schedule. Can't wait to see my Quartz installed soon!
Brooke and Amanda in the office took GREAT care of us... very patient, very informative, and stayed on top of things to get us the slab that we wanted! We had a few issues at installation, but they worked with us to minimize the issues as much as possible.
Able to quickly find a piece of quartz to use in our bathroom. Cutting and placement was earlier than scheduled a real plus. However the sink spout hole was 1/2 inch off center. We were able to use the piece, it just wasn't perfect.
I stopped by several weeks ago and was very interested in several granite patterns. The lady said she would send pics later that day. When they didn't arrive I emailed the company. I did get a response that said they would send the pics that day. Never came, no email no pics.
The in-person service was really helpful and professional but the wait times for install made us walk away.
A bit on the snooty side, doesn't always get back with you as promised, be sure to double check/verify dimension calculations for quote

The counters were very nice. The kitchen sink cut was slightly off, but it worked.
Set In Stone has a great variety of tiles to select from, but most importantly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is not our first "tile adventure" and we were extremely fortunate to work with their staff, especially Lizzie. She could not be more helpful and her knowledge made our selection easy. So happy this is here in Aberdeen!
The young lady (Lizzie) at the tile counter knows her stock and is very helpful and patient. Choosing tile can be challenging because of its relatively permanent nature. My master bath redo turned out to be a challenge so it necessitated many trips to Set in Stone to find just the right tile for the space. Lizzie has always been welcoming and helpful, she is a real gem. I look forward to working with her for my future tile purchases.
I am very pleased with the quality and installation of my countertop. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after.
Amanda has been the biggest help! She has provided quotes on so many different granite selections, provided answers to all our questions, and has just been all-around great to work with!
Lizzie is excellent to work with when choosing tile. She is super helpful in talking me right to what I'm describing as well as being able to offer perfect ideas for coordinating the tile in the room. The selection is phenomenal and I have gotten the tiles I've ordered very quickly.
This is my tile store from now on!
This staff of lovely ladies are wonderful to work with. They were very helpful in the selection of style as well as colors. I couldn't be more satisfied with the way my kitchen, baths and outdoor grill/island have turned out.
Set in Stone was an excellent overall experience. Showroom has a very good selection of tile. Tile was ordered and received promptly. Lizzie was outstanding in helping us with the design and so patient with our frequent changes. Highly recommend this business and her.
The crew who came to install the granite in our kitchen were prompt, polite and professional. Jairo and Amanda were superstars as always. Outstanding all around. We'll never use anyone else for our projects. In fact, just ordered our quartzite and tile from them for the next endeavor into updating our home.
Greeted as soon as I stepped in showroom. Owner helped select several samples after showing picture of my kitchen. Office manager gave me several tile setters to call and get a quote. Finalized ordering after tile setter measured and gave me quantity to order
I called office and they ordered and gave delivery time. Everything went smoothly with office. Good people to work with.
Set in stone was so helpful while I was trying to decide on style color etc. Took samples home several times and was shown a few new samples-which I decided to purchase. Still need to decide on grout-will wait until I get tile installed and can see samples against the backsplash. So pleased with Set In Stone for patients and help with my project. I purchased a counter top about one month ago and love it. Service was great and job looks wonderful.
