They had exactly what I needed at significant savings over other places. The order process was super easy to follow. Delivery was quick and without issues. All around great experience.
Can't recommend. We ordered some parts for our server from them. They claimed they had them in stock. After we processed their payment and sent POP, they said they tested the parts and were found to be faulty; therefore, they will reimburse us. It's been over two months and they have now blocked us on Skype, and probably emails since we never get any response from them now. Initially Thomas kept saying credit will check and update and said we should allow them some time. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SUPPLIER.

I purchased 21 Seagate HD's from this company in August. Less than 6 months later, 5 of those drives have failed. They are telling me that there's nothing they can do because it's past the 30 day warranty period. I could understand if it were only 1 drive, but it was 5 drives that failed. Also, I learned from Seagate, that this company is not an authorized dealer of Seagate products. Therefore, Seagate would not honor their warranty. Very disappointed!
It has been an absolute disaster serversupply.com. This website is a complete scam, and I found this out the hard way. I ordered a hard disk from their site.
Firstly they confirmed the part availability and charged us for the product. The next day they emailed me saying that the product I ordered was out of stock and that I should either cancel my order or wait another month for delivery!
The charged amount turned out to be non-refundable! This is a complete scam!
I would not recommend this company. Customer service is inadequate, and their accounting department leaves a lot to be desired.
I made an order and during checkout I chose to pay extra to have them guarantee 3 day delivery. When they shipped it, those chose to ship it with the slowest method available (which should have been ground) because they saw it also fit the 3 day window for my region. I called to get a refund issued since there is no service guarantee for FedEx Express Saver, but they refused to issue a credit even though had I chosen ground at checkout, it would have been free shipping and shipped the same way.
I believe they should have shipped it with a 3 day guarantee since that's what I paid for. The likelihood with FedEx is that I will not get it in time and I now have no recourse.

They're backwards, slow, unresponsive (they will just ignore you) and deceptively ship the cheaper and wrong version of products.
This company isn't professional at all.
Item descriptions are not complete. Information received when call to ask for clarification is not reliable. Pricing is exorbitantly high and "in stock, ships within 2 business days" is not the case. Return policy for misrepresented item is punitive. I would not recommend purchasing from this site to anyone, nor would I ever purchase from them again.

They sell refurbished SSDs like a new. Support said it under the same part number and they see no problem...
I have ordered here twice now and the both times have gone off with zero issues, which i cant say that for a lot of other IT Suppliers. Paul was very fast to respond and helpful. I even made a mistake on one of my orders and he quickly resolved it no hassle. Thank you Paul

I just had an incredibly confusing and rude experience with Server Supply that I can't for the life of me figure out. I have been helping my son and his friend build some really cool advanced PC/servers at home. It's a fun experience to put these things together. Mostly we have been going to Micro Center to get the parts we need, but some parts we have to order online. Over the weekend I ordered some memory and put my credit card information in and received an email receipt saying that my order was taken using my credit card. (screenshot included below)
Yesterday I received the following asking for a wire transfer instead. I am not inclined to engage in a wire transfer to this site as I have never done business with them before. I called them and asked for clarification, and in addition, to be exceptionally rude and condescending and hanging up on me 4x, they said my transaction was considered fraud because I should not be building a server at home.
They did not call to verify who I was or what I was doing, they just sent me this suspicious request for a wire transfer citing an "International Order". When did it become an international order?

I spoke with two different people there, both of whom suggested that I needed to check my mental health, and the woman called me a "nutjob" because I was asking repeatedly why they could not sell this memory to me. I am completely confused and put off by this experience.
I am of course, concerned that they now have my credit card information and I have been repeatedly checking my credit card to make sure that they did not charge it but the concern is they have the data.
In my last and hopefully final communication with them, I did verify that it was not the bank that cited my card as fraud as they said they did not even try to run it through.
I just had a very strange interaction with them.
I ordered an SSD in the wrong size (because they had an image of the size I wanted on the incorrect item), and I had to cancel my initial order and create another. I then placed a third order for another item that I wanted.
Well, apparently, this was a mistake on my part. While my orders had initially been approved and in "shipping/shipped" status, they suddenly went into "re credit" status. I then received an email with an attachment and this exact message:
Thank you for placing an Order with us.
Here is attached copy of Card Authorization Form.
Nothing else was written. No explanation for why this might be necessary or anything.
While the name was somewhat self-explanatory, I'd never been asked to fill something like this out by any other online ordering service, so I called their office to ask questions.
The explanation I was given was that multiple orders from a new source was considered "suspicious" and that I would need to both fill out the form they sent, as well as send them pictures of the front and back of my credit card and ID. Am I gonna send that much personal information to what is essentially a random ordering service with poor online reviews? Hell no. So I refused and had them cancel all my orders.
To their credit, they refunded all of my money the same night. But their method of ensuring there was no suspicious activity on my end was, ironically, the most suspicious thing I've ever had asked of me by an online marketplace.
Server supply was not professional, I wasn't happy with the product. They had terrible customer service, they charged me too much and you pay for shipping to return an item, don't do business with server supply

Had a very poor experience with this company and they are not even interested to responding to my inquiries after the initial call. We purchased a ASA for around $500 from Sever Supply and it was received in non-working condition. We contacted the company on 4/23/20 and they indicated that they would send us a return mailing label (RMA) so we can send it back for an exchange. The RMA was not ever received, so on 6/1/2020 we contacted Server Supply and they refused to send us a RMA, indicating that the item was now out of its 30 warranty. They said "why would we take it back when we cannot get our money back from the supplier". I have since sent them a written request asking them to resolve this issue, but received no response what so ever. I suggest you not deal with this company as they do not stand behind what they sell and they do not know the meaning of customer service. I will never use this company again and would suggest you stay clear as well!
I've been a long time customer of Server Supply and their customer service gets back to me in a timely manner and are always there to help me with the product I ordered. I ordered a hard drive from them recently and it came in great condition. On the rare occasions that there has been an error in my order, their customer service finds a solution for me quickly and ships me a new product!
Ordered a phone, came without any power adapter making it useless. Would not return the phone unless I paid a 25% restock fee and did not carry the adapter anyway. So the phone is totally useless.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order, go someplace else
I received my order on time. I will definitely buy from them again! Great service! Ordering process was excellent!

You would think an American brick-and-mortar company would not be a call center scam farm, right? Think again.
As others have noted from their experience with SericeSupply, the advertised products may not be what you will receive. I purchased a clearly advertised "Intel X710-t4 Ethernet Converged Network Adapter With Both Brackets. Brand New." An actual Intel X710-t4 comes with a 5-year factory warranty. I paid $1,037.82, which was around the retail price for an authentic Intel part.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/*******/intel-ethernet-converged-network-adapter-x710t4/specifications.html
I installed the product, and it did not work.
I contacted ServerSupply, and their "rep" said it was not their problem because it was beyond their 30-day "warranty." This would typically not be a problem because Intel states on its website that this particular product has a warranty until April 5,2027. Unfortunately, the product I received was actually a Dell part (DP/N 0k5v44), as there is no factory warranty, and I am stuck with a costly paperweight.
Nowhere on ServerSuppy's website is this product advertised as a Dell Converged Network interface, nor does the page state that there is no factory warranty.
If you choose to roll the dice with ServerSupply, make sure that you receive functional parts that are actually the parts you purchased with a factory warranty, or they will blame you or their supplier for the problems they caused you.
You would think they would apologize and send you what you purchased or return your money, but retaining customers is not part of their business plan. I certainly will never purchase from them again, nor will I recommend them.
Good luck!

DO NOT order from Serversupply if you need an item urgently! Placed an order through their webstore; emailed them to confirm item was in stock. Received a response from their representative confirming that the item was indeed in stock and would for certain be shipping the same day. Next day I received an email saying it is out of stock and there is no ETA for when they will have more available. Checked their website and the item was removed from their website - seems they just realized they no longer have it available and cannot source it. I called them and asked if they had a similar replacement, but the person I spoke admitted that he had no familiarity with the item or any possible substitutes that they might have available. Why waste valuable time and tell customers that an item is in stock when it isn't? At the very least, tell customers when parts aren't in stock, so they can order elsewhere if an item is urgently needed.
"WARNING! Read this before you loose money:
I purchased a NEW server with original HP warranty. The server arrived DEAD! I was told that the warranty had expired and they can't do anything about it. The server was a two year old piece of junk put together from non-matching part numbers, totally scratched and dusty. DO NOT GET SCREWED! I am out $3.418! I filed consumer protection claims and I will sue them. What a headache!"
