So far, support has been stellar, answering all my questions professionally, quickly, and at all times of the day.
Prices are very good, and we are looking at reducing our spend significantly.

Servermania is currently one of our main hosting providers, with an excellent quality of service, we have been working with them for more than two years, very satisfied with their products, promotions and personalized attention, which has allowed us to quickly scale our company.
Next to zero tech support, our game server is under DDOS attack for 3 days now and all they can say is "we'll get back to you when we have more information"
They also Null Routed our IP when a clients Wordpress site got hacked. Instead of messaging us about it, they just Null Routed the entire IP knocking out every website on the server (100+) - This is unheard of in any hosting company.
They also claim to have 100% uptime which is actually a fraudulent claim to start with. One of our servers went down for 3 hours after only having it for 2 weeks because of them having network issues.
The tech support consists of people who just reply to you with "We will update you shortly" That is it. Nothing more than that. Avoid this company at all costs. Was with them for 2 years and they are just getting worse and worse... They won't be around any longer.

As the Title states, I've had nothing zero issues with ServerMania since I started doing business with them again in Early 2018. No downtime, no issues at all. In fact, it's going so well I'm expecting to go something wrong soon but so far, "I'm givin' 'er all she's got captain!"
Seriously though. Very highly competitive hosting provider. If you're looking for a specific server like I was for a specific needs but the cost is a bit high? Contact them, they'll work with you!

1st time dealing with Server Mania. Purchased an unmanaged Dedicated Server. Support is the best. Getting all responses on time. Faced few problems with the, But I believe I am new with them so it might be my mistakes. Overall, It is good but should be Excellent.
As the title states, this is the best dedicated server provider I've had the pleasure of hosting and dealing with. Server setup was within an hour. I've yet to experience ANY downtime but no matter what, you can't predict the future and if you don't keep backups, that's on you. I couldn't ask any more from ServerMania, they're simply the best... better than alllllllll the rest! :)

I like everything about ServerMania but especially I'm crazy about their customer service/support. They are great for me as I have never experienced better support before.
For example, about 30 minutes ago I opened a support ticket with an important question concerning our site. I received an answer in 5 minutes! And that is not untypical.
I'd recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a hosting service.
ServerMania rocks because I get immediate help when I have a tech support call, I've never waited more than two minutes to get a technician. On top of that they're pretty fast at getting things resolved. Their sales staff is also fast and helped me when I wanted to upgrade an account, they figured out my credit for money paid on an existing plan, and I was in action in about five minutes. They are really perfect!
Well words are not enough to describe how happy I am that I joined this big family here.
I was in many other hosting companies maybe their service/products were 3/5 but their support was 0/5 and I hate it.
Even if we know how to fix that, we didn't had access to do it. So they would charge us just for that stuffs. Anyway.
ServerMania fills our needs for products/pricing is 5/5 its not expensive and its amazing.

I have been using Servermania for some period of time and now I'm ready to share some of my thoughts with you!
First of all I like their support. If I have a question or issue - it takes them 4-6 mins to solve it. That is really fast!
Second. Their prices are not high at all but at the same time they are not cheap.
Third. No downtime. Maybe sometimes that happens, but I have never faced that yet.
So 3 big pluses mentioned above do make me think that I'm with a right host!
