The leadership of Serasana needs to improve on a lot of things. The compensation and benefits aren't great, and the management style of most of our managers is unhelpful at times. Also, I sometimes find the resources and support from the management kind of lacking. But the thing that the leadership needs to improve on the most is accepting its flaws and being humble and open-minded.
