Send Flowers to Dubai

I purchased flowers for my girlfriend living in Dubai. After a week of them not arriving (site said delivery the following day). I have tried every way possible on the site to contact someone without any response. I have asked for a refund without any response.

Avoid this company at all cost!

It's difficult to put into words just how appalling the service at Send Flowers To Dubai is. I was unlucky enough to experience it quite recently when my parents ordered me a fruit hamper for Christmas, via this website. The cost of the hamper was GBP55 (plus GBP7 delivery). When it arrived it was seriously disappointing (just apples, bananas, kiwi fruits and oranges - and poor quality and bruised ones at that) and completely different from the hamper advertised on the website, which included strawberries, pineapple, grapes and peaches. I've since been in touch with the company, who have simply said that the fruits that were included in the picture were 'not available' and they reserve the right to 'substitute'. They have refused to give my parents an adequate refund or to discuss the matter over the phone, as according to the 'customer care' executive, their phone lines are out of order... My poor parents were so upset by this as they really wanted to send me something special for Christmas, and instead I received what can only be described as a seriously below-par basket of everyday fruit. All I can say is, avoid this company. The service is a joke!
