This is the mostly useless Dropshipping company. They are only interested in Taking your money. They don't care to fix any issue but are only interested in Sending over 10emails daily to you to buy their product. They hardly respond to emails or phone calls and even if they eventually reply your emails after several weeks. It's basically a generic response. They don't care

I signed up for the free trial and just yesterday received my store. I must say, it looks really cool and has a pleasant design. All the pages load very fast. All product descriptions are ready-made, including texts, photos, and product specifications, so there's no need for any changes.

I got even more than expected. The so-called ""ready-made"" store they offer truly comes equipped with all the functionality needed to start operating the moment you purchase it. You can choose a domain you like, and the site becomes your own. It's packed with various cool features, such as product combos or customizable pricing, and additional tweaks to boost conversions. The theme is excellent, with all pages loading instantly, which I've tested on multiple devices.

I apologize for the late reply. There're no monthly fees from Sellvia but there is from Amazon when you're using a professional plan. After the products are uploaded to a customer's Amazon account, it can be downgraded to the individual plan.

Many of these reviews are fake. I went for the most expensive package with them building my amazon + online store. It went a whole 7 months without a single sale. That is insane to have 800 products and no sales both on Amazon and my ecommerce site! The business advisors are also unprofessional and read off of a script. Nothing is genuine. Do not waste your money on this. I made more running my ecommerce account on social media independently over this "life changing" whack company Sellvia. I do not recommend. 0/10 and if I could give this a lower rating than 1, I would.

Tip for consumers:
A total waste of time, scam and this can be done yourself with more return.

They give you aggressive marketing to make you think it will be easy to make a lot money because they "do everything for you" when they really don't help at all. Do it yourself. It's not worth it.

The whole interactive experience via Zoom conferencing was very pleasant. The session started on time (reminder through email was sent half an hour earlier as per my request). High Ticket Stores' details were elaborated in a simple manner that makes it easy to appreciate. Polina An has a friendly disposition and was able to answer my queries promptly and patiently, which is a decisive factor for me to sign the package without hesitation. Good Job!

This is a beautiful thing for me! The team is very respectful and they do not skimp on any information I need and their responses are always quick. I sell gadgets, and since the start of spring when I added a high-ticket product package to my store, I've really started getting more views on social media, likes, and orders. I'm not one of those desperately needing money, so I can afford to test products and plan my promotions carefully. And so far I'm glad I chose the right niche and team.

They are thieves! And won't refund your money even after delayed shipping. I have lost money and customers cancelling due to goods not shipped on time. My store reputation has been damaged by this useless site and customer service is story for another day. $#*!ing site

Furthermore, their customer service department has proven to be unhelpful, consistently transferring me between representatives without addressing my concerns.

Additionally, I invested in their Amazon package with hopes of boosting my sales. Despite their promises of success, I have only managed to sell a mere 15 items over the course of a year. It has become evident that their team's sales tactics rely heavily on hype rather than delivering tangible results. Notably, they falsely claimed that there were no fees associated with maintaining an Amazon store, when in reality, a monthly fee of $39.99 is required. It feels good to be an entrepreneur without really taking any risks. I just bought a Sellvia subscription, and a friend who's a freelancer set up the store for me as a favor. I started with the sports and outdoors niche because the season is coming, and I know many in our community will want to update their tools and gadgets collection. The platform is fantastic for beginners! Initially, you can get a Zoom consultation for free. The consultation is supposed to be half an hour, but Nur and I spoke for at least 40 minutes, and she answered all my questions thoroughly, without skipping or hiding anything. After receiving access to the site, I discovered a roadmap outlining exactly what I need to do, step by step. This is very convenient. I think now I can confidently start customizing my store!

I felt right at home from the very first call with Noor. She has such a way of making you feel comfortable! She simply explained what Sellvia is and the products they offer, how their stores differ, and the additional services available. She didn't pressure me or try to make me buy anything. I signed up for the trial because Nur convinced me it was worth trying. So far, I haven't paid anything.

The support team is very fast and competent. I'd say they always do a bit more than what I ask for. I requested help with setting up discounts and started talking about promotion methods. They set everything up as I asked and sent me promotion guides, although I didn't even know they had them available for free. The information is useful and up-to-date. I'm satisfied.
