I was pessimistic at first, having received many calls from cash buyer companies. But Cataryna Draper was friendly, knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the thought of selling off market. We got offered a fair price. I had the contract read by a Realtor friend, suspicious of finding hidden things and I was uneducated on how to do this myself. I'm happy to say there was nothing to worry about. Once the contract was signed, I was contacted by a closer, Mitch Portz, who explained next steps and how to get out of the contract if we ever wanted to. I'm looking forward to closing and am more trusting than when I started out.
