DVR appears to be great compared to my previous Swann. It had a couple issues with random reboots the first two days, but has not done it since.

I haven't installed the cameras yet but they appear to be well built. Shipping was quick as expected, and they were well packed.

Your tech support is the best. I have sent the unit back with my 2tb HD installed to find out why it is not being detected.
