Ing and Simon were patient and awesome in helping me with QQ coin reload, especially after a system error causing repeated failures in order delivery the day before. Despite the delay in receiving my coins, and a terrible customer service experience with one of their colleagues, Jason, who was not only unhelpful but placating to the extent of being dishonest, encountering both Ing and Simon turned my negative experience around, hence the positive review. Customer support agents should take a leaf from their book :)
Seagm only wants your money. When you request for a refund, the will hide behind their ToS but none of their ToS clauses say items are non-refundable. Despite having a refund policy, they will not honor it and work with you. Instead, they will ban your account and refuse to work with you for a refund request. Never doing business with them again, good riddance.

I give 4 stars only for the reason since some years ago they do not allow PayPal for payment at the checkout.
Excellent after sales service, even at midnight there is always someone to attend to your enquies. Which is missing in other company.

Usually get the orders within half an hour after payment. Usually delays are due to third parties which can't be controlled by SEAGM. Customer service are usually helpful and accommodating. Minus 1 star as loyalty rewards are pathetic. Have reached the highest member tier long time ago but it doesn't bring along any benefits at all for literally all of my orders.

I bought Youku VIP pass (WOH/SHL fans struggles) & it was a pleasant experience. Giving 4 since there is room for further improvements on the site. I am mostly a user of chinese streaming/sns platforms so I would love to see more such products on this site including wechat/weibo/qq/alipay top-up etc. Just that you gotta improve product description & add links to redeem the codes as sometimes users can't navigate where to enter the purchased activation codes on the respective sites. The payment options are convenient for countries that don't have a PayPal service, so it's another plus. Hope to see more exciting services on this site with affordable monthly offers.

Being a loyal customer won't excuse yourself from receiving a used code. And they dare say it was"valid" when the game support evidently stated it was redeemed THREE DAYS PRIOR my purchase.
I took back my 5 star because this result is beyond disappointment, I overlooked the case with a $25 code because it was difficult to consult with the other game - it's a bunch of stupid fck as well. But this time, you cannot lie.

They refunded the amount, I am grateful, but it definitely took persistence and independent consultation with the game support, how else would have it resulted if i took no precaution? I am glad Roblox Game Support cooperates and actually provided important details like when the code was redeemed and the account name.

Legit and Cheap website for games. Spoke to livechat before I made a 5M AD order for Neverwinter and was told it would take 0-24 hours and how to post the items on the AH to receive my in-game AD. Took about 10 hours and were really nice. They have a good system where you can add comments onto your order and they can reply to your comments on that specific order. Overall great site. 4 Stars just because it took a while to receive the order (10 hours).

The customer service is extraordinarily good and fast, but the loyalty member reward system is a big 0. Please improve your loyalty customer member rewarding system (i bought a few thousands ringgit worth of product from seagm but i got 0 reward. Even grabpay got grab point.

I've bought from them multiple times about 200$. You can tell their not from US but they're cool people. One of the customer support actually had a chill conversation with. And they won't lie like some companies they have gold in stock when they really don't. Most transactions took 10-30mins for completion with me receiving the gold and that was for the game C9 global

The costumer support are useless. I had a problem with a seller.
I bought an wechat validation, after that my wechat account was blocked, so I requested for a refund.
The refund was denied, and my kaleoz account was blocked! Easy like that, and i had funds on kaleoz account. Like 200usd. That they don't let me withdraw
