I was unhappy with the swimsuit from SeaFancy, and asked to return it. I was given options for return, including only a partial refund! They did not want to provide me with a return shipping label, so I had to send it back through USPS with tracking. I hope I receive my refund!
I am now 23 business days into waiting for my order. Received an email that it was on its way. Only a shipping label had been created and that was on May 17th. It's now May 24th and the status has not changed. I can't get anyone to respond to my inquiry. Sitejabber sent me an email to review the company about my delivery... I haven't received it. When I receive the product I will review the product.
I feel confident swimming in this suit. It's so comfortable and being its shorts, it is not restricting wwhatsoever. Love it!
The swimsuit did not fit properly and so I wanted to return it. As the website asked I sent an email requesting to return it. It was over a week before for they emailed back to me. At that point they asked if I would consider keeping the swimsuit for a small refund. They did not give me any information on how to return the suit. I then emailed again stating I did not want to keep the suit but wanted to return it for a full refund. After another week of waiting they finally responded and sent me a very lengthy process to return the suit. I am still trying to return it and get my refund.
I ordered two swimsuits in the same size, one fits well and the other is loose fitting in the lower half. Additionally, the pockets are tiny and not functional. However, I do like the overall style and appearance of both suits.
When I order bathing suit an estimated delivery date was not given. I had to check the tracker daily to see when bathing suit would arrive. Bathing suit also came with hole. Mended myself to save time rather than send back.

It's been nearly 2 months and I haven't received the swimsuits I purchased. They sent an email saying it was shipped but when I track it, it just says that a label was created. I was sent an email asking if I received my package and I responded, but the email address "was not found." Very sketchy. I paid for items I've never received.
I bought 3 bathing suits from SeaFancy. All of them we very low quality and did not fit well at all and not due to them being the wrong size, they were just cut really weird. I tried to follow the websites instructions for return by emailing them with pictures and reason for return and I have received no response. I am not pleased.
Overall, the suit was shipped quickly. The elastic is twisted under the bikini material and I cannot get it untwisted. I emailed customer services regarding this issue and have not received a response.
The sizing seems incorrect. The pictures do not give you a good sense of what the suit looks like. For the blue one we bought, in ever picture the same shoulder is covered with her hair. How do we know what that strap looks like? Also no pictures of the back of the swimsuit.

Placed order on March 31. It is April 28 and I have not received my items. No person to call. Just email communication. No tracking number. Finally received a tracking number today after emailing to inquire about my order but when I look it up the tracking number it states NOT FOUND.
10/10 love it all although it did take a loooong time to come, I am satisfied
I never received my suit. I waited for 4 weeks, and finally when the tracking told me my suit was near, I received a notification that the suit was returned to sender for "insufficient address." I double checked my address and all was fine. I've been receiving other packages at the address I provided, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I've asked for a refund and was told I would get my refund minus shipping costs. I still haven't received my refund, though they did say it would take 5-15 business days. I'm at Day 4.

I liked about half the things I ordered and needed to return half of them for a full refund. SeaFancy does not make it easy to return things for a full refund and you have to pay 100% of the return shipping cost yourself. They will also argue with you and try to offer you a 30% refund to keep the items you don't like instead of sending them back and getting a full refund.
It would be much better if they sold the tops and bottoms of bikini sets separately so you could order them in different sizes. For one of the bikini sets I ordered, I liked the set but needed a smaller top and they would not send me one so I had to send the entire set back for a refund. Also, I thought it was deceptive that the photos of some of the swim shorts on the website make it look like they have pockets when they do NOT have pockets. It's deceptive.
The buying process was typical. The sizing chart was a bit confusing, so I had to buy two different sizes to make sure one of them fit. So far the return process for the one that didn't fit has been slow and difficult
Terrible communication. I ordered on April 21 and received today, May 18th. Seems like good quality but just took too long to receive and I had to inquire about my order to find out something was backordered so instead of an option they just cancelled one of them. It took almost a month for the suits to arrive. I ordered them in May. They were shipped out May 26 and didn't arrive until the middle of June. 2 of the suits were too small and I didn't want to exchange them because shipping took so long. By the time the new suits arrived it would be too late in the season to wear them.
After my first order was destroyed by my dogs I ordered again. I hope SeaFancy changes their order form to allow customers to put in special delivery instructions. I had to type mine into one of the address lines. This time the order was delivered safely, but sizing remains a problem. This time I ordered an XL (I am an Australian 14), but the ruched panel is quite baggy over the tummy. The fit over the rest of the body is ok, a little loose, but fine for boogie boarding in the surf. Last year I ordered a different style in an L and it was too small.
There's a huge variety on offer although it would be nice if styles came in multiple colours e.g. the boyleg swimsuit would be really gorgeous in checks or florals as well. The size guide is not terribly helpful. More work needs to be done here to standardise around Western body types so that customers outside of Asia can have a more reliable shopping experience. So far I have ordered L (way too small) and XXL (way too big).

After ten days, my order was still sitting without any shipping info so I contacted support. That seemed to prompt them to look at order and realize one item was out of stock. I immediately requested the order be cancelled since it wouldn't get here in time for my trip (the order still hadn't shipped). That email was responded to 22 hours later, and my request was ignored and instead they finally shipped it with a tracking #. I now have asked to return everything - we will see if I ever get a response. It would have saved them $ and time to just cancel. Oh and fun fact that I keep getting emails confirming I received all items with no ability for me to contest that the one item was out of stock and I have yet to see a refund.
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
