There is no clear way to make an exchange. I ordered a small, and it's too big. I want to get an extra small. But how?

Great experience! Both swim suit and cover up fit well and washed well. Fit was true to size. I would definitely order again, and probably will!

I didn't receive one of the pieces I ordered. I liked one of the ones I received. The other two lacked in quality and fit.

Shipped quickly, arrived just as displayed. The fit was great and order confirmation and tracking was on point.

Suits are poorly made and fabric came tattered and faded. Customer service was slow and unhelpful. Don't bother.

Finally a suit that looks and feels good! Easy to prefer and arrived sooner than expected. Very good.

Ok so far the experience is cumbersome with all these polls that is the truth and doesn't address the concerns I have

The process for making a return is frustrating. They instruct you to email customer service to initiate a return and never respond.

I ordered a large after review the size chart. The top of the bathing suit would be a small in my opinion.
