Your "submit" button doesn't seem to work very well... I had to re-enter information 4 times. And then my card was declined, so I used a different card. THAT was declined. I had to call the credit card company, and they cleared it, and then it went through. Why don't banks like you...?

Just do not like the way you have to obtain the special pricing through an email. It is a pain to have to go to my email account to find pricing while I am shopping. It forces me to buy less so that because I do not have as much tendency to just browse for items.

Fast and timely delivery, had just what I was looking for. I have the Davis weather station, and I have had it for years, the outside until started acting up, but the inside console works just fine, they have just the outside until by itself without the console works out great exactly what I needed.

The part worked great. It's just like the original. My weather station up and running again. I thought I might have to get a completely new station which would have set me back $700-900.

You should not send a delivery notice three days before the package is delivered. It scared me. I thought the package should have been delivered because you sent the notice. I did finally get the package. Please hold off sending the deliver notice for a couple more days for people on the West Coast!

Sales person was very helpful in giving me information about the weather system and it was delivered in a reasonable time. Have not had time to get it put out yet - looking forward to getting it out and working.

Apparently my order got lost with UPS because after about 5 days or so I called Scientific sales and the man immediately sent me another order and just asked me to send the first order back if it ever arrived. So far the first order went to the moon somewhere with UPS, but the 2nd order arrived on time just fine. I'm very impressed with that kind of service. Pleased with the overall experience. I am replacing a old unit from a different company that the batteries died in, the could not be changed. I was impressed with the ease of installing the batteries. The unit was easy to install on my roof it took about 2 hours including the programing the date, time, etc. The packing was great, and fast shipping.

Had issues trying to pay for a quicker shipping method. I had to select the free shipping or else my order wouldn't go through. But, the product arrived very quickly and we are very pleased with the weather station and the quality of the unit, as well as the fair price. Thank you.

Tech support was very helpful in deciding what to purchase

I appreciated everything about the experience, but being Canadian caused a major delay in the original package, and the cost the delivery of the datalink was exorbitant for an items that could be put in an envelope and sent by Canada post, as it was.

Scientific Sales was great, first to last. I was less thrilled with Davis Instruments, makers of the WeatherLink and Weather Envoy. I had to call their tech support to get the system to work with my computer. However, it's up and running, everything looks good.

Ordered my weather station on 5/19/14 and received it on 5/28/14. That's UPS's fault. The tracking number I was given UPS said was not a good number. If it hadn't arrived today I would have called but it got here in good shape so tomorrow it goes on the pole.

Received the product within 3 days, it was in good condition. Product was assembled (per the good instructions) and it is fully operational. I am happy with it, and look forward to may years of good service from it.

This is the second time I've ordered from this company, both orders were shipped the day after I ordered the product and the price was the best I found on the web. I will be ordering another station later this spring.

After Google search, the exact page for the product I was looking for showed up when I clicked on the Scientific sales result. What could have been easier? Order arrived the next day after I placed the order. Fantastic!

Had some issues with your order form accepting the PayPal payment. I tried 3 times and was redirected back to a PayPal page. Finally took the order. For clairifacation, I ordered one item, and assume that is what I will receive. Thanks! Bill
UPDATE: Product arrived sooner than expected, an I will be doing business with Scientific Sales when I need a product sold by them.

I found out about you from the wxforum.net site. You should donate money to them as almost every member say to come here to purchase! This is a well laid out site and the prices are second to none.

My second order arrived very quickly! Thank you for such a great site!
