The only problem I had was your site wouldn't let me use PayPal after I logged in. The other issue I had was that new weatherlinkIP wasn't compatible with my older Weather Envoy. I wish that the compatibility information had been on the website.
Very good site. My only problem was trying to decide which product I wanted the most. I received my order in excellent condition. Very good prices on all products.
Overall very good. The "ask for the lowest price" email was a little weird because after the first one it started showing the lower price for "add on" items.
Am replacing a Vantage Pro which is 25+ years old. The new Vantage Pro2 is harder to put together, but I think I will make it. The older one went up much easier!

I think the S&H is too high, but the product price is good.
It's too soon to know how the performance meets expectations, but although I've just finished "Setup" everything looks good at this point.
I wish you were able to ship to alternate addresses. I prefer to have valuable packages shipped to my office location vs. my home.

For some reason, my computer froze several times when I tried to view my cart. I called customer service, who assured me that my order could go through. If I couldn't resolve the issue on my end, he could process my order over the phone. Afterwards, I was able to use another computer to complete my transaction privately. When I saw the great price on this product two years ago, I ordered it for our house in Florida. We have been impressed with it. We bought a second home in Maine last year. I tried to order this same product from another company through eBay, at what I thought was an even better price. Unfortunately, the advertisement was misleading, and the company did not send me the digital display for the desktop. No wonder it was cheaper! I returned it, and it was a couple of months before I got my money back via PayPal. After six months, I decided to try Scientificsales.com again and discovered they were offering this product for the same discount I paid two years ago. Shipping was $3 more this time but worth it to get this great product.
Very good so far. First time I ordered and went to confirm the screen went blank and had to go through the process again (using Paypal). Otherwise, okay.
I received the 6312 Davis Console I ordered in only 2 days. It worked very well as a stand-alone unit until I tried to connect it to my Wunderground web page via the existing serial port version of the data port I had removed from my old console and inserted into the new one. It wouldn't work, so I called Scientific Sales and the very knowledgeable person on the other end of the line told me to call Davis and gave me the number of a technician who would help me. It turned out that it needed the USB version of the data port which Davis is sending for free in advance, provided I return the serial version to them when I receive the USB one. Since it costs more than $100, I was very glad I got the advice from Scientific Sales to call Davis. I am waiting for the new one now which I fully expect to work.

Delivery took a little longer due to US to Canada shipping, customs clearance ($37.69 duty/tax). All in All it was a good price with decent delivery as expected.
