Schwan

If -5 stars were an option Schwan would receive it. I placed a delivery order on June 16,2023, and was given a delivery date of June 22,2023. Given a three-hour delivery window (3 pm - 6 pm) I made myself available at 7m I called the customer service number the office was closed. I received a text message stating my order was out for delivery it never happened. There was no communication from Schwan or the delivery driver. I called customer service the next day and was told there was a problem with deliveries in my area. What I find troubling my order will not be delivered until Monday 4 days later. Poor Customer Service at all levels I understand I am just one customer but they lost my business.
