Good prices and the choice of perfums is amazing. I would say for any taste. All scents are nice, very nice!
I regret ever making a purchase here. They are not selling what they say They are selling. You will not get a re-created fragrance. The customer service is horrible. Dealing with them has been a complete nightmare.
All calls to 800 number go to recording. Say will call back in 24 hr. Max. Took them MORE than 48 hrs. To respond. Once I spoke to a very nice person rest of experience was WONDERFUL. Just slow to respond to initial call. Have done business with them before and am very satisfied with their product. Would recommend them, but you must have patience for a call back.
"I ordered Fossil 1954 that has been discontinued from Fossil. ScentMatchers came very close to matching scent, the only problem I have is that it doesn't last all day like original Fossil 1954. Hoping they can get a formula to make it last that long."
I can't say much since I haven't received the perfume. I wish they would have told me how long it takes.
My order was not close to what I was wanting. However, ScentMatchers offered to try again and told me to keep the original bottle they made for me instead of returning it. I am currently waiting on their do-over and am sure it will be better this time. Very nice and cooperative people and I will do business with them again in the future.
Love the scent but took a while to get here. Wish it would have been received in less time. But a good value.
I did a reorder from years ago and what came wasn't good, so after writing them they discovered a different oil was used originally. They ordered the correct oil and scent new bottles which turned out right on the money. A scent I've always loved but wasn't made anymore by the original manufacturer.

Thank you just received my 2nd bottle today. The scent is very very close to the original I really like it. Will reorder when my supply starts to run low. Thanks again for a great product. Product delivery time from order longer than expected, but support was prompt in keeping me updated on product progress.

I ordered Instinct by Avon and their first try wasn't that accurate. When I sent them a sample from what I had left they redid the entire order and it was great. Amazing customer service.
Initially, I was hopeful that Scentmatchers could duplicate Aigner's Free Life for me. Was so excited when it arrived... but just ONE spritz was enough... it seemed to have missed the mark... it didn't bring to mind the scent I recalled.
Disappointed, I let the company know this was not the result I had hoped for.
Well, Scentmatchers stepped up, sending me a different yet lovely fragrance... AND followed up with another attempt at Free Life which was a VERY close facsimile to the scent I recalled from the 70s or 80s. Ultimately I was pleased with Scentmatchers product and approach to customer service. Thank you.
Even though I am happy with the scent matching of my discontinued Interlude, I am disappointed in your shipping. ( time it takes to get it, the cost, and the mess up of my last shipment

Victoria secret candy: Ended up smelling like baby powder, musk an old lady perfume. Customer service is awesome! They're going to send me a recreation of Victoria's secret juiced berry, hopefully that will smell good. Hopeful..
I love the scent I ordered but when I ordered it I got the spray bottle. It comes out in a stream instead of a spray. If I'd known that I'd have ordered a open bottle to apply on my own the desired amount.
Was there an ETA of product shipping on order form? Didn't see it. Would be nice to know when I can expect my perfume. Thanks

I wanted a match for the body shop Indian gardenia. Unfortunately, the fragrance I received was not a match. I contacted scentmatchers for a full refund. They replied promptly and even though they couldn't resell the product, gave me a full refund. I wish the fragrance would have been a match, however their customer service was excellent.
I placed an order for a discontinued perfume -- it was a favorite of my mother's, and I wanted to surprise her for Mother's Day. The perfume was a hit! My mother is a retired laboratory technician, and loves the idea that chemists were able to recreate her favorite perfume. This was the perfect gift for her -- on multiple levels. When I saw that this site made reproductions of Lola Goth Reminiscent, I was so excited that I immediately went to buy a bottle. The purchasing and shipping process was a breeze! However, the perfume itself, while beautifully packaged, smelled nothing like the original. Other reviews described their reproductions as potent and "cheap" and I would have to agree. I e-mailed customer service and politely asked for a refund, and they were able to refund me in whole quickly and efficiently. While I was disappointed that the perfume had not met my expectations, they provided me with wonderful customer service (I talked to a woman named Susan, very pleasant!) and it would have been a wonderful experience had they been able to match this perfume. I'm not too upset though because it's certainly a hard scent to replicate, and I knew this was essentially a gamble. Overall, great service but unfortunately they couldn't provide me with what i was looking for!
I recently purchased two bottles of you Romance Silver reproduction. Ive been using it for about three weeks, and wanted to give you my thoughts on your product.
1. Your customer service was extremely helpful, and easy to work with.
2. The speed of delivery was also good.
3. The match on the scent was very close, almost perfect.
The only issue I've seen is the sustainability of the scent. I have one bottle of the original left that I use for special occasions. When I spray it on my shirt, I can smell it on there two or three days later. Not so with your version. It seems to wear out within the day, and I need to respray if I'm going on a long day out. I'm not sure how this could be remedied, or why the original lasts like it does, but this is something I would like to see fixed if possible.
Otherwise, my experience with you guys was pleasurable. Thank you.

Scentmatchers was launched in September 2008 as an offshoot of Scentcrafters.com. It was created by Adam and Angela Schultz. Adam originally launched Scentcrafters, which makes custom perfume and cologne for individuals and businesses.
Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
Despite some initial growing pains, we are now considered one of the foremost experts in creating discontinued perfume and cologne. We look forward to recreating your memories as you become part of our story.
