Also, the average pay is not worth the toxic environment, while employee benefits are lacking. The company is only useful for gaining some experience and adding something to your resume. Other than that, you're better off working for other more competitive companies.

The pay here is below market, and the benefits are poor. Management also doesn't offer any training, and they like to bully employees. They do nothing all day, yet they expect too much from the employees. This company is terrible because of the poor pay and management. This is on top of my 'companies to avoid' list.
Working with them using their IT solutions seemed like a great idea at first but we had to learn the hard way. We started looking for alternatives and things are looking out for us.
