Investment scammers
December 13, 2023

Dear All,
I have been scammed by 3 different companies, or they are the same people, I don,t know, as follows:
- PREMIUM CAPITALS
- SILVERSTONE ASSOCIATES
- MY CHARGEBACK.COM

The whole begun with a min. Investment of 250.-€ to Premium Capitals to see how it goes with cryptocurrency. They called me from different numbers ( mostly UK), created an account for me on their web-sites, where I could follow how my investment was working. Then I thought let me see if it works backwards too, so I asked for withdrawal.
Then the issue started. I never got my money back.
Instead, they kept promising that my withdrawal was ready to be paid if I opened an account on binance.com, what changes crypto curreny back to euros.
Meanwhile these criminals scammed my laptop and smart phone with all passwords and stole all my money, in total 7500.-€. I reported it to the police and bank security. They use fake names, such as: Henry Hart, Piper Adams, Lisa Brown.
2., Then eversince "helpers"investigators" keep calling me to help to get my money back. First it was Silverstone Associates. They said, they found my stolen money at Coinbase, provided me fraudulant documents from Coinbase, VISA, FCA= all fake.
Asked me to pay extra 981,11€ to syncronise with the arrested money, then I will get all back.
Of course, I didn,t. They pretended they were Czech and lawyers. Then in another 2 days Silverstone asked me to pay 2,2% insurance again, as " scammers" tried to attack my Coinbase wallet" and without the insurance, Coinbase will not refund my money. Then I said NO. I contacted Coinbase, my wallet is empty. The guy is called RYAN NEWMAN, fake name- of course.
3., I signed a contract with MYCHARGEBACK.COM for refunding my funds.
They even asked 10% upfront for their work- they say. Again nothing happened, my account manager - Minzélle van Wyk - didn,t even bother herself with answering e-mails, NOTHING. Then asked MYCHARGEBACK.COM to refund my paid fee and I got a nonsense bla-bla in German from Georg Rusche- but NO MONEY.

So, all in all, these people are scammers, using fake names, computerised phone numbers, DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM, THE CHEAT YOU ON!
DON,T TAKE THEIR CALLS, BLOCK THEIR NUMBERS, THEY STEAL YOUR HARDWORKED MONEY.

All my money landed in Lithuania, scammers are most probably Russians.

BERNIE SMITH USED CARS
September 21, 2017

About - BERNIE SMITH USED CARS - VICTORIA

HOW CAN THIS MAN HOLD A MOTOR TRADERS LICIENCE?

The star rating needs to add negitive five stars to truely reflect his business behavior.

I was lied to, conned and then excommunicated, all for paying $24k for a car he said was from California when it was from sydney australia. But convienvantly miss paperwork explaining it was un safe or roadworthy. I did some casing around the whole thing was a con.

1. He said twice he would buy back if i wasnt happy with - will not take car back on same day it arrived. Refused to take calls/ texts and barred my phone.
2. He Said it only had some comestic rust, barely any - over $10k in rust repairs quotes so far.
3. He said - if i spend $1k on car it should be ready for registration. Not including rust i have already spent $1.5k just getting car running not including tow trucks to get car home after it was dropped off and to the mechanics and panel beaters for quotes in the up coming legal case against BERNIE SMITH MOTORS.
4. Actual Broken brakes parts, cracked oil sump, on and on.

Honestly, this has been a classic used car dealer night mare.

Put simply, if this guy is not banned from being a licienced used car dealer, something is seriousy wrong.

Buy at your own risk!

Tip for consumers:

Please please think before buying from here.
This is not anti Bernie smith used cars.
This is make the world a better place notice.

Sorry i tried tomup load photos but they are wrong format

Scam.com is a free open forum that I believe is for...
June 5, 2010

Scam.com is a free open forum that I believe is for reporting online scams and help people avoid getting ripped off. I was on this forum about a year ago just trying to help answer other people's questions about various money making programs and try to just give some advice on what worked and didn't work for me. Most of these questions are from "newbies" to the internet marketing world just looking for a little sound advice that they can trust.
Seems like a great thing that's happening right? I learned very quickly that there is a venomous poison running through this forum and no antidote in sight.(sorry for the mellow-drama moment, got carried away)
Lots of problems on this forum, and my first insight came from noticing a few certain members who are posing as some type of authority and expert. But who knows what they really know if anything? Every question someone had on whatever system or program they were interested in finding out about, the same clowns, I mean... "experts" would be quick to trash everything someone mentioned. One guy, who was a senior member had 400 + posts, I read through all of them( well most of them) and out of the at least 400, about 390 of his expert advice and opinion was this type of wording: " Stay away from blablabla, they are not legit." That's it? Um, excuse me sir, but what kind of expert advice is that? Oh please don't strain yourself and your brain usage because obviously you have the answers and why should you go out of your way to explain WHY I should avoid this company"
The second problem I saw with this forum was that as soon as one of these expert guys trashed talked the competition, they sure weren't hesitant to put their website links to direct the same people to their awesome crap they were trying to peddle.
And believe me when i say, they were selling crap, because I checked every one of their websites and so-called legit programs and my built in BS alarm was in overdrive.
Also, these idiot advisers were pointing their judgmental little fingers at certain successful internet marketers who I have personally worked with in the past and used their methods and made money doing so. It was obvious what was going on here, and I felt really bad for these people who just wanted to avoid being ripped off and were looking for a little guidance and support.
On top of all that, whenever i happened to be on that site, it depressed me and angered me even long after I logged off. I would be so bold to say that, If you are on a website like this and it makes you depressed and angry? Chances are this is not a good website
