I would urge everyone to avoid doing business with Scale Train Supply of Yoakum TX, aka scaletrainsupply.com. My purchase experience was very negative--I placed an order for almost $190 worth of goods, which the web site said would ship in 3-5 days. But the order never shipped, and over the course of several weeks the company and its owner all but ignored my e-mails and voice-mails attempting to determine the order status. The one response I did get (after more than two weeks had passed) promised a quick resolution--"I'll check into it this afternoon and get back to you a. S.a. P."--but I never heard back. I ended up cancelling my order after almost a month went by. A very frustrating ordeal. Shop elsewhere.
