Can't Review Products I NEVER Received!

First and last time I order from Savage Fenty.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8: order confirmed & label created
MONDAY, DECEMBER 11: arrived at facility (Bloomington, CA.)
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13: departed facility (Bloomington, CA)
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15: arrived at facility (Canal Winchester, OH. -THIS IS 23.1 MILES FROM MY HOUSE!)
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22: left facility (Canal Winchester, OH.)
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22: arrived at facility (Lockport, IL.)

Why in the world this went from the state I live in for 7 days and then two states over, is beyond me.

The runaround I've been given is borderline insane. December 2Ist I went to the website and chatted with someone who was of ZERO help. He copied and pasted some response that wasn't even related to the situation I told him about twice.

I got on Facebook Messenger December 23rd and got more copied and pasted rebuttals that didn't take my issues into consideration. I was told that on the 10th day, they could do something about it. I told them the 10th day was December 21st. I got the response: "Sorry for the confusion. I meant the 11th day." I said it's the 12th day and that nobody was going to be around tomorrow, Christmas Eve or Christmas. The response: "I understand, if that's the case then we can go ahead and process the refund you're requesting once we're on the 26th."

This feels like another company of clones who only know how to copy and paste and get you out of the chat as soon as possible because they don't know anything and don't want to talk.

Take 20% of that Marketing budget and send that over to Shipping & Logistics. Using Pitney Bowes is the WORST company for shipping. That repeatedly said: "Contact the retailer. We can't assist." Spend the money on more reputable and much more reliable companies like UPS and FedEx.

Come the 26th, I certainly hope the refund process is a lot more professional and smoother than what I've experienced up until now.

Finally refunded for returns

Terrible fit for women with small backs and large boobs. They don't sell 34g or 36g. G starts at band 38.

I first placed an order and decided to order 38g since that's the smallest g size they carried. I received my items within a week.

Out of over 20 items, only 2 bralettes were decent. I kept the underwear and returned the bras for a smaller size (34ddd). Those were too tight.

I finally sent everything back except the 2 bralettes and requested a refund. It's been a nightmare trying to recoup my funds and since I paid with Afterpay, I'm still responsible for the biweekly payments totaling about $300, although I have about $20 worth of merchandise.

Funds are tight and I'm still without a proper fitting bra due to weight gain thanks to savage x fenty not returning my money after I returned their bras and panties over 2 weeks ago.

I highly discourage anyone from ordering lingerie sets with the company.

I've called twice since returning my items and no one can give me a timeframe on when I can get my refund.

Update: savage x refunded my money after about a month after I sent back the returns. I'm satisfied with the resolution. Ive already reordered some bralettes that went on sale.

Tip for consumers:

I would not recommend buying regular bras for women with small rib cage/waist with large breasts.

What I can recommend are the bralettes & panty sets.

Cheap tacky rubbish

The high gloss imagery is so confusing.Savage X (on Prime Video). What a confusing MESS, so she used a host of diff types of models but predominantly of course the usual stick insect dancers, she used Laverne Cox, and showed positive imagery for trans rights (for 3 seconds in the form of a message tied to a model's chest) and then on come some rappers using the usual disgusting disparaging sexist language '$#*!es' etc all worshiped by the crowd. The product is the usual cheaply made stuff that holds nothing in place, has no luxury about it whatsoever but presented with lots of flashing lights huge sets and strobes as if it is somehow groundbreaking when in reality it makes Anne Summers look like Chanel and there is literally NOTHING you haven't seen before readily available at S$#*!horpe market. From Neon Pink fishnets to lurid leotards. Cramming in every angle possible. In no 4 she decides to include Johnny Depp? As a victim of domestic abuse herself and his 35 year record of such and multiple arrests for violence on anyone in his path.destroying everything in his site and being found guilty on 14 counts in the UK and the tirade of abusive texts such as burning corpses, drowning his wife etc smearing blood all over.Depp HUGS A TREE, WHAT? PMSL.Yes cos he embodies that Kate Bush image? LOL She calls on as many famous mates she ever met Cara Delevingne, Ricky Martin? (what were you thinking - I guess everyone has a price) with any of it It's hard to see any chain of thought in any of this show - Other than (To me) Cheap made lingerie gets the biggest hype in history with a message that is all over the place and makes zero sense but the majority of the vacuous youth of today will eat it up.Cue the worship Rihanna as a God video interludes that have her tell us how amazing the fabrics are? She could sell sand to an Arab there is no doubt. '' Like if I put me on some Doc martens, maybe I am gonna kick a $#*! in the face '' Say what? (see attached vid) The mind Boggles. Leaves me with the solid knowledge that Just about Anyone, even those with supposed integrity and especially in the US can be so easily bought. The PRODUCT is low quality tack a rama, the fact she has such disgusting sexist lyrics like $#*! go down and break your neck, and other choice lyrics worse and featuring DEPP!? Has SHE lost the PLOT? She is a FAKE money grabber

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

There are like 3 company's under Savage X Fenty: JustFab, Textile, Lavender Lingerie and probably some other ones I'm sure. I lost $500+ and their customer service gives me the run around. The sizes were 2 sizes too small. I made another purchase and they cancelled my purchase and won't refund me because they didn't have all the items available so they cancelled the order. They can't answer simple account questions like what was sent or how many items are in one package etc. It's ridiculous. I don't have anything I bought. They don't want to offer corporate number, name, address and they won't tell me who handles the payments or who manages charges and disputes. No one calls me back. BE WARNED! DO NOT BUY FROM SAVAGE X FENTY! TOO MANY COMPANIES USING THAT NAME AND NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS. I was on the phone for 2 hrs and they will give you every account information and evade your question. Then they act like their accents are too strong and they don't understand what I'm saying. They act stupid for a very very long time. Literally told the caller my bra and underwear size, just 2 sizes, and this guy asks like 6 times no joke! I'm like can you write it down please I'm tired of saying my sizes. No corporate info, no accounts dept, can't create a dispute because apparently I created 2 accounts (forgot 1st password) and the company blacklisted my account! I only made 2 purchases and they blacklisted me? They keep saying check back check back. Nothing. Not that it's a problem but the reps are all located in the Phillipines and so you get the same people saying different names. It's frustrating. SAVAGE X FENTY STOLE MY MONEY AND I HAVE RECEIPTS! CHECK BBB WEBSITE ON SAVAGE X FENTY COMPLAINTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PLEASE DONT BUY!
