Got the Donna cotton pair and the price was actually pretty reasonable. I thought it was a bit too much but after I received my shoes, I realized how good the shoe actually is. The style, to the material, they all matched the exact description and images online. Loved the shoe and I will be returning to purchase stuff for my boyfriend as well! Highly recommending the Donna shoes
I ordered three pairs of shoes and all three were either damaged or were not manufactured properly (I've never been 3/3 before). Of course, the burden is all on you to return. They only offered the option of printing the label (I do not have a printer), going to USPS (which is always like a two hour ordeal, and they do not print). So joke's on me -- I won't be shopping there anymore. If you do, pray that your shoes were made correctly and not damaged!

The shoes might be worth and money, but when something is wrong with the order, and out of the customers control, Sanuk could care less and shows no effort to make anything right.
Ordered shoes on March 25, finally shipped with delivery April 15, UPS damaged packaged and filed a claim on my behalf, Sanuk denied the claim. Spent an hour on the phone for them to inform me they will open their own investigation and that could take 5-7 business days. In the meantime, the refund or replacement is DENIED.
Bought as a gift on Amazon. Recipient wore shoes for 3 weeks (the bottoms are only lightly scuffed because they're still so new) before the canvas top began ripping away from the sole (both shoes).
I gave my credit card information to one representative and the line disconnected or she hung up and she didn't call back to follow up with me. I called back to share what happened and the representative said I should call back the next day. I was so upset I did and was only offered a $25 discount which is not worthwhile. Stay away from rude and inconsistent behavior.

Their shoes are comfortable, but their customer service is terrible. I don't know why they bother having customer support. They're unable to help with any order issues. They can't tell you anything beyond what you are able to look up in your own account.
Additionally, the order and return process is terrible. I tried to return one pair of shows and exchange 2 others. They failed to give me the proper label, so the exchanges weren't processed. When I contacted them to see why I haven't received any information about my exchanges, they seemed very confused about the entire issue and then told me I had to wait 10 days to check back and they'd see if they could give me my exchange then. We'll see what happens then, but I'm not at all confident I'm actually going to get my shoes.

I ordered my shoes and paid by credit card.
After three weeks I asked, where the shoes are, immediately I got a shipping Nr….and than…nothing!
No shoes and no answer to my four emails! Very angry!
So I took my money back….it's a pity, because I saw these flip flops at a friends place and the have been very comfortable.
I would not recommend purchasing Sanuks online from Sanuk. I received an email and text that my shoes were delivered yet I never received anything. When I called customer service, they said someone signed for them (that weren't my initials), and for that reason they need to open an investigation with FedEx which may take up to 15 days, in order for them to decide how to move forward. Decide how to move forward? I don't even know what that means considering I never received the shoes let alone sign for any package! In the meantime, I am left with no shoes, and no replacements on the way, or refund. Very frustrating and unfair to the customer considering it's not my fault that FedEx is not a reliable carrier. This company is obviously not customer friendly or values their customers. Such bad business.

Don't buy from sanuknz.com, it's a fake website! I placed an order for 2 pairs of Sanuk jandals/thongs. I received a legitimate looking delivery tracking email. A month later a package with the same tracking number was delivered, but it only had a fake pair of Rayban sunglasses in it.

I ordered some shoes online for both myself and my husband and I got the parcel within 8 days which was much earlier than I expected the shoes to arrive. I also love the shoes! They were exactly as described in the website, the colors and sizing were perfect, I had no complains. My hudband loves his pair and I love mine so we are satisfied customers of Sanuk and will order more shoes in the future from them
I think this is the first place I cam across where shoes are vegan! Got their Yoga Sling 2 which was a vegan sandal pair and I really like this. The fact that it was used using yoga mat material makes it so comfortable that I actually don't mind wearing this the entire day! I also like the design of it, it looks pretty good and I can wear it with pretty much anything
Purchased a lovely pair of boots from Sanuk and I was extremely pleased with them. It was extremely comfortable with the soft material inside and was perfect for the cold too. I wore it a lot during the previous two weeks to work because of the extreme coldness. My feet were kept warm and comfortable all throughout, thanks to the boots
