“Get a feel for how SalesJobs does their "magic".”

Not the worst experience ever, but here are some details. I did have a full fledged phishing attempt where they take your resume and then try to have you fill out a w9 which I didn't fall for. Maybe not SalesJobs fault. I have communicated with several companies to find that position has been filled and yet the posting continues to refresh as a totally available job posting like it was submitted TODAY. Also maybe not SaleJobs fault, but maybe the should puts some system in place for force employers to acknowledge job is still available before auto-re-posting. You will see the same job postings repeated over and over again every other day of so. There is no way to know if a job is a recent posting or not. Not my favorite. I did happen to find one real Gem though but after combing for weeks. Moving to glassdoor or SalesHeads, and seeing if I have better traction.

I love this site and wish I had found it sooner! The site was easy to navigate and I got numerous offers to chose from in less than a month! I was skeptical at first because some of the reviews were bad but they couldn't have been further from the truth. My experience was great. I'm so glad I gave it a try. It's the best job hunting site that I've used to date. I will be recommending this site to my friends. Already started working and am very happy. Amazing! Thank you Sales Jobs!

We posted 42 jobs throughout the eastern seaboard and filled every single one of them in under 3 weeks. I was really impressed with the caliber of candidates that we interviewed from their site! Thanks Salesjobs.com

I joined the site after twenty years in Sales to find the right match for my next 10years. The resume I put up was easy to upload and I got responses within a wok. I had my choice of interviews and was able to consisly narrow down my job search to my perfect match.
Thanks. No more daytime netflix for me but that is what being employed is about..

I submitted my resume in December and got a job late January. I didn't have to look very hard, they sent me matching jobs to my profile, very pleased with my new job and results they sent.

So I post on this site because of their 30-day no questions money back guarantee. I neglect to read the commission only exception fine print. This is my fault. At first customer support seemed pretty good despite very poor job ad performance so I posted only commission jobs, no salary jobs, again unaware of the exception. When I spoke with the rep he reminds me of the money back guarantee (no exception mentioned) then together we review all the commission posts providing feedback which unfortunately had little effect.

Things became ugly when I canceled and asked for the money back. I received no response to my emails and later find there is no phone number to call after the account is canceled. So I post a review here detailing my experience. Within a day I receive an email and a phone call from the sales rep threatening to sue me if I don't take the post down! This is when I learn of the commission job exception. I understand this was my oversight but clearly this could have been resolved with an email or call the first time I asked for the refund. And had I known of the commission exception I would have advertised one of the base jobs which would also have satisfied their refund condition.

Now I'm looking over some of salesjobs.com's other reviews and am noticing fewer 1 and 2 star reviews compared to last time. I wonder if they are threatening all for of their unhappy reviewers?

So sorry for the confusion Bill, 100% commission jobs are not covered in our 30 day money back guarantee for obvious reasons. Many of the 200 plus sites we post your jobs to for free will not allow us to post 100% commission jobs because most of their job seekers like ours feel these jobs are too risky. Anyone's welcome to post 100% commission jobs to our site and I assure you no one here ever told any client that they would be sued if the client didn't take their job down. The more jobs we have the better our ranking with SEO, so we welcome as many jobs as we can get an often post thousands of jobs from other employment sites just to help us for this reason. Sorry for any confusion Bill.

We never got a qualified applicant to apply. We were told to "beef up" our job posting which we did, we asked for guidance to see if what we posted was sufficient with no response. We then expressed our concern about no applicants only to be told our job didn't pay enough. Again. No help. And their CS team was literally some of the rudest people I've ever spoken with. And I spoke to 4 or 5 different ones. STAY AWAY! Very pretentious and rude people. They think you owe them something. Poorest CS I've ever experienced!

Here is an email I just got in response to this, it 100% proves my point. Rude, pretentious and speaking out of their minds. Our job we posted was NOT straight commission at all! I'll spare this guy and not list his name, email address and phone number...

UPDATE TO HIS RESPONSE (EVEN THOUGH HE POSTS UNDER THE NAME KELLY)

He is referencing another Scott that he apparently worked with but thinks it is me. He never spent that time with me and our job was not 100% commission. It was a 35k base salary with 3% commission of total sales produced. This proves my point that this company isn't organized at all and does not do it's due diligence.

Scott,
Your statements in a public forum are in fact not only inaccurate but there untrue. You have 100% commission jobs, most sites won't even allow you to have those jobs on their website. We in fact reach out to you and spent the time to show you how to " beef up" your job posting. Unknown to you your job wasn't just on our site it goes to over 200 other sites, like indeed.com, zip recruiter.com, job.com and the beyond.com network. So if you're not seeing any traffic from our site you're not seeing any traffic from there's as well. It's not our job to write your job description and your statement that you received know help is an outright lie. Not only did we help you we told you exactly what you needed to write. And we offer a 30 day no questions asked 100% money back guarantee. Meaning if you not happy for any reason, just cancel your account and will refund your money no questions asked. I'm sorry if you spoke to somebody here at our company and that person was rude to you, that should never happen. I can tell you if you spoke to myself are any of the other 160 employees employed at our company I don't think you would've ever made a comment that they were rude. You and I both know 100% commission jobs are some of the hardest jobs to fill and that's why we don't cover them in our money back guarantee. We can't make job seekers apply to your job because they want a salaried job or the pay that you're offering is way too low for the industry. There is absolutely nothing we can do about that. But if you're not gain any traction to your job on our site then you're not getting traction to your job on the other 200 sites at your job was posted on. We make companies informed candidates up front of the base salary and there are many other sites that don't for example "craigslist" but the problem with sites like that is as soon as you inform the candidate you have a 100% commission job there no longer interested in interviewing and this is a huge waste of your time and the candidate as well. This is why we offered to help you" beef up your job" because you have to sell your job to job seekers and not only do we respond to your e-mails clearly we responded to your phone calls as well. We have a 97% retention ratio meaning 97% of the 4.7 million companies that use our site continue using our site thereafter. If in fact we were so rude to all of our clients we wouldn't be able to retain these type of numbers nor would we have an A+ rating with the BBB with just six complaints in the last 19 years. However your comments are inaccurate and they're not only slanderous but libelous as well

Scott,
We answer every one of your 27 e-mails that transpired between your company and ours. I logged 3 hr 13 min via the phone with you and Kat Green 41 min. I personally rewrote your job description 3 times and e-mailed you the revised version of all 3, do you not remember this? How can you now claim that your e-mails went unanswered or we were rude? You and I spoke at length on the phone on multiple occasions. We both talked about our background as recruiters and laughed about the work it takes and the pay. I personally walked you through the process of hiring the 3 individuals that you hired from our website. I don't see any of that in your review why is that Scott? You received over 946 views and 33 candidates applied your jobs in 30 days and I personally walked you through the process of hiring the 3 candidates that you did.
If you weren't happy with the site why didn't you ask for your money back? We offer a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee this is posted right on our website. Under what you get. You didn't because you couldn't because you had 100% commission jobs and we still helped you get 3 hires..
